  1. No, I heard it on OBD as Chris Brown mentioned it.
  2. Rumor has it that both Joseph and Douglas might play Sunday night at Cincy.
  3. Good stuff! A CB & DT, just what the doctor ordered.
  4. Works for me...as someone stated he was the heart of that GB secondary and a ball hawk. Think about where Michah Hyde played before he came to Buffalo...yea GB. Looking at McD and his ability to see talent in the secondary with veteran players... I'll go with this move. Packers trade Rasul Douglas to Bills - NBC Sports
  5. The Buffalo Bills are currently 5-3 and easily could have been 3-5 with losses to the NY Giants, and Tampa Bay Bucs. Both games ended with what looked like fouls in the endzone from the Buffalo defense. I swear, that Smurf QB for the Bucs is the luckiest little guy I've seen, and their entire team for that matter. I suppose Buffalo also got somewhat lucky. Anyway, the Bills just peaked too soon in week 2-3-4. those scores were 38-10. 37-3, 48-20. where was this fire the Buffalo OC talk back then? From what I see the OC doesn't run the wrong routes, drop passes, or miss throws and blocks. Yes, the last three games the Bills didn't do what they did in those three big scoring wins. That was running the ball more from under center in 12-13 player personnel. Sometimes teams play down to their competition while playing better against the top teams. Buffalo has @ Cincy, Broncos, Jets, @ Eagles, @ Chiefs, Cowboys, @ Chargers, Patriots, @ Dolphins. Nine more games with a bye in week 13. Who knows what will happen? They could go on a tear and win them all...14-3
  6. The Buffalo offense is currently #3 in the NFL in scoring. #5 in yards. they are also #4 in passing yards and TDs. Can we fire posters?
  7. We all saw what the offense looked like in games #2, #3, and #4 by working the run game more. Raiders, 38 rush attempts with 183 rush yards, 2 rush TDs. FINAL SCORE 38-10 Commanders, 33 rush attempts with 168 rush yards, 2 rush TDs. FINAL SCORE 47-3 Miami, 29 rush attempts with 142 rush yards, and 2 rush TDs. FINAL SCORE 48-20 Now, running the ball didn't kill the Buffalo passing offense in those games and in fact, it looked to help it immensely. This move would put the Buffalo Bills offense right up there with the 49ers and Eagles. Being able to move the ball in any situation should also help keep the offense ON the field and the Buffalo defense OFF the field. WINTER IS COMING!!!!!
  8. If you had told me before the season started that the Bills would lose to the NY Jets without Aaron Rodgers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and a 1-5 NE Patriots I'd have said no freaking way. Alas, the Bills found a way to lower themselves to a basement level. Now, with the defense, it's completely understandable considering they lost Milano, White, and Jones all out. The offense though went into the toilet the last few games for some unknown reason. Josh was not very fond of the idea that the coaches were reigning him in and not allowing him to be him. I dunno...right now the Bills should be 6-1 and contending for home-field throughout and instead are starting to look like they might not even make the playoffs.
  9. Listening to the all-22 review about the failings of the Buffalo defense against NE the season just might be over.
  10. Yeah, a real #2 WR in D-Hop over another RB would be my preference to open up the passing offense. Still, a major RB tank like the King would help with those 12-13 player personnel schemes. Think of it, Cook reminds me of a change of pace back and not the mule needed to carry a full RB workload. This last game he stunk it up in pass blocking and then I would think he would be more utilized in the passing game over the run game. Honestly, as much as I love Josh throwing more often I'd really prefer to see him more under center while not needing to carry the game all the time. Having a dominant run game would put them right up there with SF and Philly.
  11. This team should make two trades before the deadline, one for a top WR and the other for a top LBer. This would help the team immensely. Here is hoping Beane can work his magic.
  12. Granted, they were smoked by a really bad NE offensive team...especially on that last drive. Listen to the all-22 and see that most of the team played poorly. They benched Williams and brought in Dodson and he was a little better. It was so bad that Jordan Poyer was playing LBer... I don't know why, but it seems like these bad teams suddenly play like world-beaters against the Bills. Starting with the Jags, then the Giants played the best game of the season against Buffalo and the Bills were lucky to even win that game. Looking back, it's sort of amazing how they beat the Raiders, Commanders, and Dolphins so profoundly. 38-10, 37-3, 48-20. Currently, they can't score in the first half, missing field goals by Bass 0 matic. Suddenly, the Buffalo offensive line that looked so good in those winning games now looks really, really bad. We know why the defense looked bad to a degree because of the loss of star players. But still, they really stunk on that last NE drive. If they continue to play like they have the last few games... it's season over.
  13. Watch the All-22, it's not the coaches. Cook stunk in protection. The new LG had a bad game as did the center. Gabe Davis isn't a #2 WR. Yes, Josh had a bad start in this game....it happens. Poyer shouldn't need to swap to the LBer position. The Bills lost Milano, and Tre White and it showed up big time in this game.
  14. Can we fire posters? The team lost their elite LB, and elite DB to injuries and is still stopping offenses. The offense is having issues with not being able to score in the first half of the last few games. Yes, blame Josh Allen to a degree. Blame Dorsey to a degree. The trade deadline coming up and Beane should make some moves...to whom, I have no idea. This wasn't on coaching! It was on the players!
  15. What's crazy to me is the Bills have one of the very best pass-rushing units in the league and the Patriots have one of the very worst O lines...what happened? Suddenly the offense can't move the ball against bad defenses? Buffalo should not have lost this game. Strange stuff...
  16. WHO WE FIRING?
  17. The Buffalo Bills really, really need that Bease-type outlet and it looked like DK was getting to be that guy until the concussion. It's a long season...we will see.
  18. Elite Alien Unicorn. The thing is that Jim Kelly had Ted Marchibroda the ex-Colts HC who taught Bert Jones his stuff. Ole Ted taught Kelly to call his own plays and let him do so.
  19. The Bassman had missed 5 of 6 from that distance in warmups. Probably should have punted. The Bills won...who cares?
  20. First of all...Josh Allen LOVES Buffalo! When he talks about this he states, "This is where I'm meant to be"! Does anyone else recall the outpouring of love that this fanbase gave his family after his Grandmother passed away...more than 3 million to the Patricia Allen fund? They are not getting rid of McD for Brian Daboll...the Buffalo Bills are 4-2 with a plus 34-point differential. The NY Giants are a 1-5 with a negative 96-point differential. This team still has a solid shot at not only the playoffs but also the SB. What is it with some people to make posts like this? Just stop! Or go root for your real favorite team and leave the Buffalo Bills alone.
  21. My take is the Buffalo Bills just played a team against a former Buffalo offensive coordinator who knows their playbooks inside out. The play calls, the language, the nomenclature, they study film and the Giant's defense... as injury-depleted as they were...they knew exactly what the Bills offense was going to do as they were doing it. If I can say one thing, that the offense got away from the 12, and 13 formations that they had run so well against Miami. But then, that might have been because Knox had a wrist injury and Dalton was in concussion protocol so they were down a bit with their TEs. Now, the hated NE Patriots are up next at NE. They currently have a bad offense, 31st in points scored, and 27th in yards. Their defense is 24th in points allowed, and 10th in yards allowed. My take is the Bills will find their footing outta the gate and destroy this bad team. Go Bills!
  22. Are you mentally Ill? Or simply a Miami, NE Patriots fan trolling the Buffalo boards? McD showed how talented he is with that defensive game plan against division rival Maimi. this team would literally need to switch places with the NY Giants for this HC to be on any kind of hot seat. Also. some teams simply have another team's number at times. I didn't like the loss to the Jaguars either but I'm not about to cut my throat over it for the loss. Buffalo is so darn lucky to have McD as its HC, and Beane as its GM.
  23. Yep, Josh is flawed. He missed 19 tackles and dropped so many passes. If only he would make those contested catches...
