  1. I will be in Wanaka 12/27 (Cowboys game)...Where do I catch the game!? Lets get New Zealand Bills Backers off the ground!
  2. I was in Detroit for the bomb last season. He made it look easy. I hope we get him involved again. Not a lot going on, eh?
  3. There is "good news" and then there is nit-picking two word EJ quotes... Go Bills! P.s. I'll be the guy yelling when Luck is on the field.
  4. And a little bit of chicken fried, a cold beer on a Friday night...a pair of jeans that fit just right and the radio uuuuup.
  5. "an article was written about it to get people talking" - Me I understand (grasp) that is the purpose of the article. I think you are seeing some of my comments as sarcasm when they are not.
  6. It shouldn't be. EJ said something that is obvious and an article was written about it to get people talking about the possibility of him being moved somewhere else. It reminds me of the Vic Carucci article titled "EJ Manuel will be Buffalo Bills starting QB or not on team" back in May.
  7. Which depends on who you talk to. People are allowed to have their own opinions. I'm sorry it upsets you. Everything will be ok.
  8. I never said the media was holding EJ back. It's all on him, nobody else. I was having a discussion on the discussion board. I really didn't intend to piss you off. I was just being honest.
  9. I never clicked on the link. I just don't like the headline. I think it's unfair to the players (even though I think EJ completely avoids Twitter). He has been getting peppered with the same questions after every practice. I get that he said what he said. I also get that this is a silly argument.
  10. I guess I would have the same question. I didn't mean to offend your work. I am just sick of headlines that are all for shock value. I doubt EJ is thinking very hard about the possibility of being moved. I think we can all agree he's doing everything he can to win this job and stay in Buffalo. Ask him where he see's himself playing next year. Now that would make for an awkward conversation.
  11. AP - "Do you think it's possible that the world could end tomorrow?" EJ - "I won't deny that it's possible." Headline - "EJ thinks the world will possibly end tomorrow!"
  12. I thought someone would say that. I'm not sure what the rule is there but it still happens. It seems like a win, win for everyone.
  13. As a matter of fact there are a lot of these athletes (I know some myself) who make some good money running camps for younger kids in the offseason. Internships related to actual careers are usually unpaid. Most college students make sandwiches or bag groceries in the summertime to make some extra money.
  14. They are being prepared to make careers out of football...the ones that are able to make it happen do not get ****** in the ***. The ones that don't make it into the NFL usually/hopefully have a back up plan which is why they are in college in the first place.
  15. Of course they are. Maybe I should have been more clear. They are playing football in college in order to prepare for football in the NFL. NCAA is setting the stage for these guys to make careers out of playing football. Not all of them of course but the ones who are good enough.
