Despite wanting McDermott gone I could never cheer against the Bills. I really wished they had one more win right now because I think they would for sure make it. No room for error because of the many blown 4th quarter leads

Would you prefer we finish winning 4 of 5 games but Bills miss the playoffs because of AFC record or lose 3-4 of their final 5 and McDermott is fired? I think McDermott easily gets another year if the Bills win at least 4 of their final 5 games and finish 10-7. Finishing 9-8 would be borderline and Pegula could still give him another year unless he finds their are serious communication issues with between McDermott and players. Which means he has totally lost the room End of the day this Bills team has had more crazy late game heart breaking losses over the past 3 seasons than any team considered to be a contender in the NFL During that time they have had their offensive and defensive coordinators fired and special team cordinator removed or just left after the 13 secs debacle. The only thing left is firing and replacing the HC. It pains me to ever cheer for the team to lose but I also don't want to see anymore of these heart breaking defeats where coaching played a huge part. Plenty of McDermott fans will point to injuries and my response is the Bills were healthy against the Jets on opening night and were not ready to play that game even after Rogers went down. They somehow made Zac Wilson look good, just like they somehow made Mac Jones from the Pats look great. In regards to injuries the Bills have been very healthy on offensive side of the ball all season outside of Knox . So there are no excuses for losing to the Jets/Pats/Broncos. They win even 2 of those 3 games and there is great shape right now. The reality is, Pegula has spent a load of money on this roster and to finish 9-8 or 8-9 is not acceptable when you have a top 3 -4 NFL QB on your team

If he does not give Bass a try there then he going to ket called out for it. I see you point and agree that it gave Philly life because of field position but it's still a kick Bass has to make. The reality is on that drive Philly made adjustments and started running wide, again as usual we never adjusted and they ended up scoring 4 second half TD'S. This is why you hire a DC and not name yourself as the DC when your the HC. How can Mcdermott be the HC which requires full attention and also focus on adjustment on defensive side of the ball. It was a poor decision and Beane should have never allowed it to happen I thought the Bills play calling on OT drive is not very smart, we we're running the ball well on the series on go ahead TD drive and Philly adjusted by stacking the box on first downs. On that OT drive for a FG we had no success running on first down and when they had first down at Philly 26 they needed to put the ball in Allen's hands and not waste downs trying to run which they did on 1st and 10 and got next to nothing. It should have been pass/run option for Allen on 3 straight plays. He was cooking and Philly is not vert good in pass coverage , again another coaching mistake because they had to know there defence was not stopping Philly the way they were scoring in that second half.

McDermott will keep his job if he wins at least 4 out of the remaining 5 games, anything less and he is gone. The thing any football consultants would advise Pegula is if he wants a top coach then his best opportunity is now when Allen is still young and his prime. The Bills HC job will be the hottest job available because of Allen in his prime. He can't wait years for Mcdermott to figure it out, Allen's prime years are next 4-5 seasons As for McDermott, he have proven he can rebuild a team and get them to the playoffs. So I could see him mutually agreeing to part ways if he thinks he can get the Panthers HC job. It could work out for both parties because Terry would need to pay a portion of his salary and Panthers are already paying two other fired HC'S .

What pressure did the kicker have in making a FG that no one expected him to make

I will just take one of his many poor decisions, like wasting his second time out so he could ice the kicker. What pressure did that kicker have making a 59 FG in a rainstorm? If he misses no one is going to blame him and wasting that timeout actually gave them time to properly to prepare. Then that decisions leads him not taking a shot with 20 secs left. McDermott says there were risks, Philly had one sack in that game and KC moved down the field in 13 secs on this very Bills team. The bigger risk was losing the coin toss and expecting your defence to get a stop or winning the toss and only getting a FG which is what happened and Philly then going down the field for TD.

I think the Bills will keep Poyer one more year and Hyde will retire, if they get a new HC and new DC perhaps they can try with Elam or Benford at the safety position.

End of the day the refs were bad but we did get a call in that OT on that roughing the passer call. It moved the ball to the Philly 26, at that point you have had no success running on first down in that drive. You need to call a run/pass option for Allen and put the ball in your best player's hands to win the game right there, not run the football and Tony Romo mentioned that. Instead we wasted first down on a running play and then we"re left behind the sticks. I don't know about you guys but I had zero confidence that defence would get a stop if we got just a FG there. Your season is on the line and they blew it, CHOKE JOB AGAIN McDermott has shown in all his time with the Bills that he will always lose these big games late to good teams. We have never been able to celebrate an OT win with a TD pass. Always left crying in our beer watching the other team score I just am tired of it, so many disappointments and always outthinking himself. Like why are you calling a timeout on that game tying FG? Then you kneel on it with 20 secs left. Worried about a sack. that could happen in OT. Great HC's are thinking ahead, save your second timeout and give yourself a chance if he make the 59 FG which they did You needed 40-45 yards in 20 secs and we gave that up in 13 secs. McDermott is the new Marvin Lewis, another defensive guy that could never win big games until Cincy finally moved on. He is what he is and that is an average HC living off his top 3-4 QB because his defences suck bad

Just think KC had 13 secs and tied the game and we had 20 secs and kneeled on the ball on a game you need. What is McDermmot's record in OT NOW? Was there risk, sure and there is risk in OT. MCDERMOTT is a narcissist and that is why he never hired a DC. He thinks he knows better and the Bills will never win with this guy as HC

Guaranteed if McDermott gets another season he gets Beanne to use first rounder on defensive side of ball. How did Elam work out for you and this team has trash for WR'S that run wrong routes and drop balls. The two clowns Beane signed as free agents are bums and have offered nothing, zero and do nothing but make mistakes

Just so many bad losses this season and all have Mcdermott's prints on them. McDERMOTT cost us the season, his supporters need to stop. Too many examples of late game screwups. Why is calling a timeout on that 4th down and long FG attempt.

McDERMOTT is a clown, he called timeout on the FG and then kneeled on the ball with 20 secs. McDERMOTT IS NOT AN ELITE HC , he makes too many mistakes in close games and we have seen it all season long.

Just a killer but it's how the season has gone. Offence gets a TD late to go ahead and defence melts down in crunch time. Poyer and Hyde are done, finished and time to get guys that can run and make plays. Two passes that floated in the air and both Hyde and Poyer could not make plays on either on
