The defense failed them in key games against NE/KC/SD and the Raider game.

Look at the Lions team he had top 10 QB the best WR in the league and a top 1 or 2 D-LINE and still did not make the play offs.They made it this year after he is fired.

You are not getting anything more then a 4th or 5th round pick for Hughes.Teams do not trade high picks or QB'S who can play for undersized DE who stats were more because he was playing with three guys who were pro bowlers then his talent alone.Not to say he is not a good player but you can find undersized speed rushers in the draft and not have to pay them 10 million plus.

This is the guy I would hire, he is the only coach with great success against Brady.Everyone talks about if we lose Schwartz, just look at the first game against Brady, our defense could not get one stop in the second half of that game.I still remember how Bill talking about Schwartz's defense a few days before the game and that he only will rush 4 and do not take chances (yea Brady had all day to throw the ball in the first game we played them).Ryan is not afraid about going up against Bill & Tom and we would waste another 2-3 hiring one of these no experience coordinators.How much success has that brought to the Bills over the past 15 years?

I would take Mike over any of the long list of cordinators (we have tried and have failed each time going this route).He won Super Bowls with a strong running game and older John Elway who was not in the prime years of his career.So the guy has something to boast about (unlike our last .500 loser coach).Please no cordinators who come here for on the job training.
