  1. How does that help us in 2018? I don't think this Management team at OBD likes throwing big bucks at 5+ year veterans who are entering the injury prone portions of their careers.
  2. With the Incognito retirement / quit the Bills have $38 mil in 2018 Dead Cap spending. No other NFL team is close to that number (AZ w/$20mil and KC w/$16mil.) FIVE players (Dareus, Glenn, Tyrod, Aaron Williams & Richie) make up $36mil of that amount. I still believe the Bills need MORE DRAFT PICKS right now. Trade the #1's for extra choices in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Draft a "2nd tier" QB in the 2nd and then get quality players at OT, G, LB's, WR, CB and more! The rookie draft pick salaries are a bargain and they'll be Bills for 4+ years.
  3. Oh - - Chris Kelsay! Please never that happen again!!!!!!!!
  4. Maybe another Buffalo NY rally/ benefit party/ picnic raffle - - - - You can only do so much. This whole deal about football related injuries is getting stupid1
  5. GREAT! This is a good Post - - who else are the "media experts" going to talk about - -DB's, LB's, etc.
  6. I apologize - I meant no harm. I should have written the Post Title differently. I do believe what I wrote! I'm sorry about this! The thought about more top picks came to me and I should have thought more about the TITLE. Everyone thinks I'm nuts about this anyway - - but - I apologize!
  7. The current Bills Management is BUILDING for the future. The play-off appearance last season was an accident. Albeit, a nice accident for Bills fans around the country. Perhaps long suffering fans think all we need is a top college QB in the draft to be a Super Bowl contender? NOT SO!! NOT SO AT ALL! The Bills need quality, young talent at MLB, OLB, OT, WR and CB. They need it right now! My prediction is: The Bills trade both their #12 and #22 picks for FOUR (4) Second Round choices. I don't know the teams or circumstances but there will be BUYERS. And I suspect we'll get additional 4-7 picks also!!! We'll have 6 picks in the 2nd Round and 2 in the 3rd Round. Eight (8) picks of the first 96 players taken is crazy - - crazy good.

  9. Tasker got demoted big time. He needs $ and Murph and his lazy, home town crew will help him out. Talk about a defensive and UN-inspiring talker - Steve's the guy!!!
  10. Shouldn't you be working on your silly little make-believe football league? You can always be a GM and coach within that framework. Thanks for getting the Bills Message Board shut down - - you and "Bad Lands whatever" & the stupid Mod from FLA & Shaw 66 with his 'ball burglars' that ripped people off as a third line charity while being a high priced lawyer with tons of money HE should have donated - - you all thought you were IMPORTANT - an ego thing! Finally the complaints got through - - - now you just are a "POSTER" - - what you should have been all along! No hard feelings - - but - -you don't have a following on here!!
  11. Do you honestly think, a Top 5 QB prospect wants to come to Buffalo NY and be IGNORED by the National Media as he plays through the first few years of his career??
  12. Remember the Jim Kelly fiasco when drafted in the 1st Round in 1983? NOW they get the same 1st Round salary no matter where they play. The TOP 4 QB's in the draft either grew up in CA or FL! Quite a shock (culturally & weather wise). Just maybe they & their agents don't want the Bills to "trade-up"??
  13. Thank you for reading the post - - that was the 'trick' involved! Let's just say my son is a police officer in Atlanta - really!
  14. You kids are embarrassing - - you all want the BIG SPLASH on ESPN, FOX SPORTS etc. Trading up for a QB will make you excited - feel important!! And, getting to tell it first on this and other web sites will make you so proud. SILLY KID STUFF! Just like the signing of Mario Williams - it was an HISTORIC DEAL - it made the Buffalo Bills relevant in the NFL. At age 33 he can't even get a job playing football. AND - the wonderful signing of COACH REX RYAN - everyone in the NFL wanted him - - and the Bills got him! We were relevant!!! Grow up - - build a team - a solid team. If this staff just wants to use the SIX PICKS on something other than a QB - - so be it. I trust them!!
  15. I really don't give a damn what crazy Cleveland does - they'll screw it up anyway on the field! The Giants, Jets & Colts - who cares as they are irrelevant? I just believe our GM, Scouting Staff & HC will make intelligent decisions to FIX a team that's been a loser for 17 season's. Last year was fun but we certainly didn't have a roster to make a play-off run. I give credit to the HC and his staff for even keeping us competitive. Whatever this group does with the picks - - -it will FIX this team for years to come!
  16. I started this post only because I thought Lamar's attitude was a bit strange regarding the NFL draft in general. He can move around in the pocket, run down the field and throw to open spaces to a receiver with the time that creates in COLLEGE FOOTBALL. I think there are some cognitive limitations that are evident and no "proper" people will discuss them. I hope the Bills stay clear of him as a high draft pick!
  17. I guess the Bills have met with him 4 times. Are they taken by him? https://twitter.com/SigmundBloom/sta...01666206375936
  18. "Anyone who watched a Louisville game last year saw that Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson was clearly one of the fastest players in college football. Now, Jackson has a super-fast 40-yard dash time to drive home the message, according to numbers announced by U of L on Twitter during their annual spring testing week. The junior quarterback ran a 4.34-second 40 on Wednesday, slower only than junior corner back Jaire Alexander (4.32), who is an All-America candidate in his own right."
  19. "but I can tell you NOBODY can refute me about my criticisms of this test " I think people are feeling a bit weird about you !!
  20. "Bookish introverts". Oh my - I smell a shooter that goes after professors and the intellectually elite. Something happen at school that embarrassed you????????
  21. PER SI " Lamar Jackson told me that his mom is not his agent, “she is my manager” and he added “I represent myself.” Jackson told me he does not think an agent is necessary with the current rookie scale for initial #NFL contracts. " I have a feeling this young man is going to be a "no where man" in the NFL.
  22. - - - run the 40 yard dash at the NFL combine or at his recent Pro Day??? ALL the combine events are optional. Why take a test that has been proven to be very culturally & racially biased based on an individuals education and life experiences at a young age? All NFL executives know this but get a bit nervous picking a team leader (QB) with a low score.
  23. Do you really think AJ will be worse than Tyrod? Watch all the game films and watch ALL the missed throws. Tyrod's strength was running away from trouble. That's why we have to re-build that OL. You can't rely on scrambling for wins. AND - we need 2 very good LB's. I don't care if they are rookies or not - - just fast, strong and aggressive! We'll be fine.
