I know more than a few folks who are planning to celebrate, and others who will say Americans are idiots. The cynical side of me recalls the Who song "meet the new boss" but knows that it will NOT be the same as the old boss

Notice I didn't assume either candidate would win - just searching for the personal perspective here. For example: celebrate, kick the dog, blather about how this is a sign of the upcoming apocalypse, buy stock in AIG, immigrate, etc.

Jets didn't win this game so much as the Bills lost it - fumble leading to FG - 3 pt adv Jets - Bills going in for TD when receiver slips, Jets return for TD - 14 pt swing for Jets - Lindell makes 53 yd FG into wind and misses a 40 some yarder - wash - several sacks of Edwards - 9 pt loss When we had the momentum in the 1st hald, we didn't do anything with it. This is 2nd week where a series of mistakes and errors cost us the game. Gotta win the division games or we don't have any hope of getting into the playoffs. Let's hope they're ready for the Pats next week...

On further review, SDS's impeccable logic, and revisionist history, Marv Levy is now OFFICIALLY removed from the hall of fame. Give me aa freakin break... I don't mind you expressing your opinions and facts here, SDS, but I think you'll find you're in the minority. But I have to give the man his due. He was a HALL OF FAME COACH. He led the Bills to 4 Superbowls. Quote whatever you want from his book, talk about Thurman's helmet, Bennett's sex life, Levy's lack of employment in coaching when he retired (isn't this what retirement means), but nothing you say can take THAT away...

I have no issue at all with Marv - I think he's a class act. And although I can't claim to speak for other Bills fan, I'd be willing to bet the vast majority do so as well. Moreover, I can at least discern the difference as to Marv's GOALS when hiring personnel vs their ACTIONS after the fact. I don't think as poorly of him as you do, and would think that YOU are the one with issue here. I'm just curious - are you just trying to prove your pt or do you really have an axe to grind here against Marv?

despite your hatred for an AFC East rival, you STILL hav to admire or at least respect or at the most minimal FEAR Bellichick, Brady, and the Patriots. Like the Bills of the 1993 and 1994, they won't go away quietly. And unlike te Bills, they have NEVER LOST A POSTSEASON GAME (10-0 is damned impressive!)

Got it. I'll try to temper my excitement. But I can't help but think that this is perhaps the most exciting addition to the Bills since Flutie. In the meantime, you can hold your line of thought, but I personally prefer to not think of Levy as a liar and disseminator of bullsh!t.
