    Well, this thread is about discussing a huge trade. It appears only people that are not in perfect support of FO get accused of a "crusade". Nothing I have said isn't relevant to a blockbuster trade that happened last night.

    Unfortunately John this was what Buffalo FO wanted. They even spent months having John Murphy sell Bills fans on the notion that this was a bad QB class, no good prospects. Turns out Murphy was selling a total line of BS to cover for Bills plan on building around Tyrod Taylor.

    Yes, watch the Dorsey video on KC Chiefs. He explains how 4-5 of the gurus wanted Mahomes and Chiefs won the derby. But sure on ESPN none of this is understood.

    That's why Pegula needs to hire a top GM and give him a longer mandate. Short term thinking is why Buffalo spins the wheels while never getting out of the mud.

    I don't know exactly where his value is but elite pass rush guys come off the board quick. I'll take Williams or Godwin with next pick.

    That's short term thinking that has doomed this franchise for almost 20 years. Need longer time horizons for draft picks then what can you do for me this year. It was easy to predict when Pegula put a first time head defensive head coach in charge of the draft room.

    Yes, we all had our say and now the fun part of the draft starts. Once real games happen there will be a lot more to discuss.

    For sure. And even though McD lacks imagination at least he got value while drafting for needs.I expected the corner to be at ten.

    Oh my! Bills need to get a real GM and then I think things will turn around. Right now the team has no vision and that's why you see CB's leave, CB's drafted. WR's leave, WR drafted. I think next chance for a strong GM is 2019.

    For sure. Mahomes went to a good home. If he isn't good I can't say he didn't have elite coaching.

    You posted the opinion of an ESPN reporter. I think the experts are the top QB minds in the NFL.

    Rosen is interesting. He throws the ball so beautifully. But he is a California QB that doesn't like to get hit. If you draft him and give him a great line he can be insanely good. The issue is if you ever let him take hits he will give up.

    I honestly did not want to argue about Mahomes today. I assumed Bills would pass but to actually have him on the board and trade him... It hurts.

    The Bills just traded Patrick Mahomes to the Chiefs last night. There will be different opinions than yours. Sorry that you don't get a perfect world of agreement with your reflexive defense of Doug Whaley's draft board.

    The media didn't do their homework and it turns out NFL teams loved some of these players. KC GM just said they got someone that doesn't come along very often.

    Your knowledge of QB's is nothing. Andy Reid is one of the top offensive minds in the NFL. But thanks for sharing.
