  1. Back on the Worthy train. Legette is going to be 24 next January. I didn’t realize that. That’s my only issue with him. Worthy makes more sense for this team - we don’t need him to play 80-90 percent of the time. We got Samuel and Shakir and Hollins to rotate around. Right now - based on who will be there: 1. Worthy 2. Mitchell 3. Coleman 4. Franklin 5. Legette
  2. I mean all he had to say was “yea EA that’s just ridiculous.” They can’t even do that. Full Maoists.
  3. Thank you - you just stated they exist. My point exactly.
  4. Totally ok. Someone at EA Sports isn’t letting you name your team Trump. But Biden is ok. This is influencing an election by suppressing Trump support in what may sound simple and ridiculous it isn’t. If 100s of thousands are seeing that name they can assume support. Can’t have that. Biden is ok. Even tho no one is naming their team that. But they might.
  5. This called rigging an election via corporate America - I’m sure 8th party’s that claim no connection to the government are in no way doing crap like this all over the place. If Team Trump isn’t allowed it’s completely to beat down any impression of widespread support for Trump.
  6. Please tell me this isn’t the case - I don’t have the game.
  7. I think over 90 percent of the people (myself at the time) wanted him fired for reasons that have nothing to do with how good a head coach he’s been. And he has been great. But those reasons were: Falling short in the playoffs - 13 seconds especially And the terrible start last year especially on offense and the selection of Dorsey as OC - it looked like we weren’t making the playoffs. It looked like it was time to get an offensive mind in here to stop the revolving door and stabilize it hopefully for the rest of Josh’s career with the second most important coach on your staff. We watched 3 years of Josh quickly turn into 6. And no SB in that rookie deal window. And we’re now on OC number 4 in McDs tenure. Absolutely nothing against McD for me it was just a matter of making painful business decision to maximize Josh and a league that’s an offensive league. That said I stated at the time due to catastrophic injuries on D if he got us into the playoffs I’d personally forgive 13 seconds and not complain about it. If I think he should be fired it’s going to need to be of circumstances that haven’t happened yet because he’s clearly loved in that room and is a great leader of men. That’s not easy to replace.
  8. They also told us inflation wasn’t happening as late as spring 2022 - an election year.
  9. Stunning! Thank you for continuing to offer nothing of substance.
  10. Republicans have always sided with corporations and the wealthy. We know they’re worthless. Until Trump. More on that in a minute. What's changed here in 2024 America is that Democrats who used to care about the working man decided during the Obama era to shift to being the identity politics Maoist party it is today - it decided (with finality during Covid) to completely get in bed with big corporations kicking the concerns of the working man (person?) straight to the curb. This piece explains a lot of what’s going on - it does acknowledge how there could be some “greed” or gouging but you can’t prove it and it’s more complicated. But this is the takeaway that should *** off everyone as we are held hostage now by these big corporations you want to complain about - the author wants you to believe the Biden administration is doing something about this. It ain’t doing Jack ***t. Corporate America didn’t jack up prices during Covid when they absolutely should have. The author makes this passing comment like “whoops. Our bad.” That’s bull. Draw your own conclusions I’ve got mine. I said this during the entire Trump era - if the GOP can’t shift with MAGA and create a new party of the working man they deserve to lose. Because the Democrats no longer care we’re all f…ed. They now care more about the evolving pride flag than the American flag. The other way to limit corporate greed, Hill said, is greater competition between companies. "We don't have what we would think of as a natural competition because there are what we call barriers to entry," Hill said. For instance, it's hard to start a new grocery chain right now, for example, because a new owner can't compete easily with other chains that already have 500 locations. "And when those barriers to entry are really high, then we end up having a handful of companies selling these goods or services to consumers ... and the consumers don't have a lot of options," Hill said. Consumers can't pick an alternative to Coke or Pepsi, for example, because most fast food restaurants carry one or two particular brands, Hill said. And while there are lots of other sodas, a majority of them are owned by the Coca Cola company and PepsiCo. But there are efforts in the federal government to change those circumstances. As mentioned above, senators and members of Congress have brought forth legislation aimed at companies that price gouge and profiteer. Increasing economic competition has also been a focus for President Joe Biden during his time in office. In July 2021, Biden signed an executive order that created the White House Competition Council, a group dedicated to efforts that "increase competition and deliver concrete benefits to America’s consumers, workers, farmers, and small businesses." "...When there are only a few employers in town, workers have less opportunity to bargain for a higher wage and to demand dignity and respect in the workplace," the White House said on a webpage about the Council's efforts. https://www.nbcwashington.com/inflation-economy-housing-prices-recession-vibes/prices-have-gone-up-since-the-pandemic-began-is-that-inflation-really-corporate-greed/3536808/
  11. Everywhere else is at least - on par. Oline we absolutely have. I’m not going to say this means draft the C in round 1 bc we definitely aren’t. Not that I’d hate it but whatever.. Of every change happening nothing is even close to what we’re tinkering with in the IOL. Everything about this organization’s “analytics” regarding salary and Guard play says they don’t value the positions. Yet they recognized they needed Morse in 2019. They realized they needed a Guard (2!) in 2023 and drafted Torrence. That fixed our interior after years of negligence and trading Teller. Now we’re creating 2 new holes to fill. Best Oline of Allen’s career and made Cook a 1000 plus yard back. James Cook who I’m not really sure what he is yet. Felt too inconsistent last year I feel like the Oline was just dominant and physical when it needed to be. So this isn’t just about protecting Allen. The run game is at risk for taking a step back. Edwards and McGovern are not good run blockers. The game has shifted more to you need to be able to run and I’m not confident in this plan. Feels like we’re doing the cheap version of what the Eagles are doing.
  12. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha Bill was CC’d by the Democrats to get the latest ridiculous talking points. Posting it here like CCP sheep that told us to do what the CCP says and where masks and stay 6 feet apart because science. Hahahahahaha what freaking losers.
  13. So like every lib poster here omg hahahaha From now on I’m referring to some of them as “Destiny.” Omg.
  14. Ask me after June OTAs. As of now I’m more concerned than optimistic. Doesn't mean I don’t think we’re contenders. Diggs is a year older and Curtis Samuel is not a number 1 if Diggs were to miss time. I think Diggs is a number 1 but I don’t know. The middle of the Oline went from strength to unknown - I don’t mean to beat a dead horse over this but you negate the pass rushes teams will have against us (Chris Jones) and I’m not sure I can say “we’re just fine we got David Edwards at Guard.” Ok. On defense I’m not sure what the CB and Safeties look like. 3 new starters from opening day 2023 - Douglas, and 2 safeties. I think Douglas and Benford are good but communicating and adjustments with an entire new unit are going to lead to some issues. Especially early on. But I trust the D coaches. Depth at CB however is not good. And I’m not sure how the D line is worse than last year. It has to be at least on par or better. So right now on paper we are not quite as good as last years team but that can change if the following happen - in addition to our year 2/3 guys developing and Joe Brady implementing fully his offense: 1. McGovern and Edwards are at least equal to what we had their last season. 2. Miller gets back to at least 80% Von. 3. We nail this draft. 4. Add depth in the secondary 5. I think the Jets are going to be better but the Dolphins no. The Jets aren’t drafting Bowers they’re going to end up with Odunze. Getting real sick of who falls to them in the draft. But we should win this division. I think bigger then any of this stuff is the AFC is just ridiculous. Burrow Herbert and Rodgers back. The Chiefs are probably better. Year 2 Stroud and those weapons. Will the AFC North still have 4 ten win teams? How do we stack vs them is the question.
  15. Yep. Told you. And their low info voters will eat this up. “Ultra” billionaires lol. They thought it focused group so well with “ultra - MAGA” they’re going to use it to make up this supposedly new group of income earners. Pay your fair share blah blah blah shut the ***k up and find out why how you can cut the costs of we, the little people on everything. My favorite new fee from the last 4 years is the Pay Pal rules. And as I learned from the FAFSA debacle you are now punishing families. And the folks that have to pay for bags to shop at grocery stores. You can’t buy more than 15 items anyway so you don’t need more bags.
  16. This is nothing new - big corporations make big profits. DEI Mars, yea almost half of corporate is female. And MAGA has been on them and their hiring practices - minorities prioritized but that also means illegals. And when you follow CCP rules of DEI, you’re looked out for: America First Legal Files Federal Civil Rights Complaint Against Mars, Inc. for Illegal, Racist, and Sexist Hiring Practices https://aflegal.org/america-first-legal-files-federal-civil-rights-complaint-against-mars-inc-for-illegal-racist-and-sexist-hiring-practices/ You left one out. Tyson Foods. Stop illegal immigration. Hire Americans. As long as the dirt cheap alternative is there they won’t be forced to pay higher wages. Not just here - in their overseas supply chains: https://amp.theguardian.com/global-development/2021/feb/12/mars-nestle-and-hershey-to-face-landmark-child-slavery-lawsuit-in-us What are Democrats doing to stop these corporations from making billions? Raise their taxes? This is their response to that:
  17. Good Lord man. Good Lord. Do you need an Econ lesson? Sure you do. Let me explain. As income shrinks and prices rise - demand for inferior goods increases. The inferior good being Great Value. As demand increases for said inferior good, prices will rise. The prices of Great Value have to rise in relation to demand. This is called the forces in the market trying to find equilibrium. Or, in low info Commie land, price gouging. “Its the corporations fault!!!” No you dolt. It’s so bad, demand for inferior goods across the board is skyrocketing and prices for those goods are responding or we’d have what we call in Economics a shortage. At least we slowed the spread tho!!! Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.
  18. Having a WR 2 that can be WR 1 if he’s hurt has been an issue going on 2 plus years now. Yes. Yes it is. When they get that guy I don’t particularly care. My preference today after the top 3 are gone: 1. Legette 2. Worthy 3. Franklin 4. Mitchell 5. Polk - he needs reevaluating. This will change weekly lol.
  19. Don’t tell me the bureaucracy isn’t trying to rig this to “improve” SAI in order to get more aid - especially those they think “don’t need it.” These forms were supposed to come out in October. They were delayed 3 times into MARCH. They’ll tell you it’s because the changes they made - that they had 3 years to figure out. This number tells students what they can pay and thus help decide which least over priced college to pick. Yesterday - of course Friday - another colossal F up - families got numbers that were likely to low - whoops our bad: Hundreds of thousands of financial aid applications need to be fixed after latest calculation error WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Education Department said it has discovered a calculation error in hundreds of thousands of student financial aid applications sent to colleges this month and will need to reprocess them — a blunder that follows a series of others and threatens further delays to this year’s college applications. A vendor working for the federal government incorrectly calculated a financial aid formula for more than 200,000 students, the department said Friday. The information was sent to colleges to help them prepare financial aid packages but now needs to be recalculated — even as the department works through a backlog of more than 4 million other financial aid applications. A statement from the Education Department says the problem won’t affect 1.3 million applications that were processed correctly and distributed to colleges this month. Officials said they have fixed the error and it “will not affect future records.” “This is another unforced error that will likely cause more processing delays for students,” said Justin Draeger, president and CEO of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. After so many delays, he added, “Every error adds up and will be felt acutely by every student who is counting on need-based financial aid to make their postsecondary dreams a reality.” The latest misstep has to do with the Student Aid Index, a new formula used to determine students’ level of financial need after they submit the FAFSA application. For some students, the department forgot to factor in certain financial assets including investments, savings and total cash, according to an agency memo sent to colleges on Friday. It resulted in a lower Student Aid Index for those students — indicating they have more financial need than they do in reality. While the department fixes those students’ records, it’s encouraging colleges to make their own calculations and craft “a tentative aid package.” Draeger pushed against that idea, saying colleges can only work with “valid and correct data.” “It is not feasible or realistic to send out incorrect FAFSA data and ask thousands of schools to make real-time calculations and adjustments to the federal formula,” he said. https://apnews.com/article/fafsa-aid-college-admissions-miscalculation-delay-6edb28219068fd19428b786635f09282 The changes of course continue to punish parents that made good decisions and stayed married. If you had more than 3 kids oh you’re no longer getting help for multiple kids in school. This will collapse soon as college becomes unaffordable for the kids that can actually make it thru college.
