  1. Look, 1/3 of Bills fans are crazy. This poll must be broken. I thought that percentage would be much higher. hehehe. I'm not surprised at the response. I loved watching Kiko with my boys, even those Campbell's Soup spots. Like most legends, they are gone before you know it. I'm optimistic about Shady because he has shown good durability and Rex/Roman have shown an ability to coach an "older" back (See, LT and 2014 Gore).
  2. I'd love it if Buffalo could cut Freddy like NE* "cuts" their vets. He's "gone" until one of our backs goes down. That'd save some tread on the ol' tires and keep him fresh for later in the year. Maybe they could stash him on the Steelers' roster! In 2016 we should hire him to be an assistant RB coach.
  3. OP is probably right, but don't forgot a true blocking fullback, too. I don't think Boobie fits into that mold, despite his girth. Roman is going to need extra bodies for his exotic blocking schemes, so look for them to carry one less WR (Watkins, Woods, Hogan, Easley, Goodwin, Thigpen). He seems to like 2TE sets with a blocking back. I can see Gray getting a lot more playing time as the H-back, but I think Roman will want a true FB too. That just means a more crowded backfield.
  4. Locker's throwing motion reminds me of Bledsoe. Thankfully he isn't a statue; unfortunately he's a tad bit fragile. If the coaching staff and front office look at this as a two year process, then I'd consider Locker, EJ, and then a developmental rookie to give us a reason to ditch Tuel. If they are thinking win now, I'd be tempted to go with the known quantity: Sanchez. I don't think he's perfect - obviously - but at least you know his faults. There is a lot of uncertainty with the younger QB prospects. The decision will make it clear if they think the rest of the roster is merely playoff ready or SB ready. I don't think any of the available QBs make us SB ready, but Rex/Doug may feel it is necessary to get back to the playoffs and then do another rebuild from that platform of success. I think the defense is SB ready, but the offense is probably a year or more behind that development curve. Can we keep the pieces together on defense long enough for the offense to develop and for a quarterback to be attained? At least we won't be pushed around on defense in the meantime. I hated those years of "43's the Mike" and 200+ yards of rushing. It was so painful, I literally can't remember 43's name. I even liked him as a player!
