Good grief Mike...That would be terrible!!! Why in the world would you want the 25 year old QB you drafted in the 1st round just two years ago to challenge the two guys you brought in? That would be a worst case scenario...right?...
He's on a roll. I remember last year was his big rant on how good the bears were and how he couldn't imagine a scenario where the bills could win...

Did WGR implode? The app and desktop streams aren't working for me.
I'm having the same problem! Very disappointed...
-
With stinging humor no doubt.
The opener brings the house down-
Mario Williams and John Skelton walk into a bar...
-
I love how Rex starting EJ is like the ultimate decider on who the best QB is. Well Rex is starting him so clearly he's the best. Because the Bills have nailed that for the past 15 years so well.
I must have missed those posts...
-
Wow. WGR should be fun today...

What about white collar crime among the higher social economic class? There sure as hell is plenty of that.
Probably not as much as you think, it makes the news though
-
Money doesn't solve your problems or make you a different person...it makes you more of the person you were before.
So if everyone in this country had all of the economic resources they needed- we would still have the same crime rate?
-
Goodwin should be on the list
-
The thing that is misleading is the income of the players. If you compared the NFL players to people making $500k +, I'd assume that the players would have a higher crime rate than that population.
Exactly what I was going to say. Have to factor in the economic situation

Odd stat... Yes, teams throw more when there losing- shocking.Bills were 1-6 when Hogan & Chandler combined for 7+ catches. Only win was the Vikings and they are bad. Teams were fine with those guys catching the ball because they couldn't hurt them.
Anyways, Vikings are not that bad and hogan's catch in that game was rediculus. Catch of the year for the bills, thanks for bringing that game up
-
Yea, but the 4+ years of professional coaching should be closing that gap pretty quickly now, no?
Yes, I agree with that

So you think that that one year at Monmouth, after a four year hiatus, got him as ready for the pros as the normal route? Taking that much time away from the sport, at that age, is HUGEHe's played football his whole life. He was a very good high school player who got college scholarships, he just choose lacrosse for four years in college and then played college football a year. Then five years in the pros.
And again, people that don't think he is very good don't hate him. They may be entrenched in their position as you say, they just don't think he is as good as the hype.
I'm not sure how much hype there is
-
I don't think that's true. People dug in on a position years ago and are holding out hope to be proven somewhat right.I don't think anyone hates Hogan. They just don't see anything more than a pretty good overachiever who is a better story than actual receiver, and like another player with potential better.
My problem with this discussion, which comes up over and over, is your point about potential. Hogan is a rare athlete with a great combination of size, speed and strength. The fact that he hasn't played football for that long makes me think that he will continue to get better. The only thing that I can think of is that people discount his athleticism because he's white. IDK.
-
Get your facts out of here!! He is fast, athletic, has great hands and hasn't played football that long. Did you know that Hogan played lacrosse in college?
Did you know that Da'Rick led the SEC in receiving once?
-
Rex just said Hogan should be ready for home opener. I assume he'll be on the roster unless he means he'll be ready to watch from home... Man, if we had only kept Da'Rick... We'd be all setGet ready to be disappointed.
-
Me too.I really hope you are wrong.
-
Yep, I think it will be Cassel first today. I predict they will both get a quarter with the starters Saturday. Cassel first quarter tyrod secondReally interested to see how the reps will be broken down this morning. One would think it's telling of the third preseason game totation

Jason Cole is the same guy who had this report last year
@WHTK: LISTEN: Bleacher Report's Jason Cole says "Marrone ignored people telling him EJ Manuel couldn't play." #Bills http://t.co/wBSvJqUMfc
Maybe has a source somewhere
Sounds like it might be Robert Woods
-
Tongue in cheek I hope. Let GRo make the call.
Exactly
-
If Rex knows anything it's quarterbacks
-
Does Easley have a spot due to his ST play?
No question
-
Hogan is not a stud ST player. He had no tackles and one assist last year, and eight tackles in his career.
Interesting, I would have thought more...
-
For a fourth receiver I want a stud ST's player, especially with Powell out. That's Hogan
-
@MikeGarafolo: Bills WR Chris Hogan sustained knee/ankle injuries last night. 7-Eleven will be uncharacteristically closed for a bit but nothing serious.
Good news
