  1. MY SON ALWAYS BOUGHT THEIR RECORDS GROWING UP. I NEVER GOT IT. HE LOOKS LIKE A GIRL, AND YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THEYRE SAYING!!!! ITS LIKE THAT DANG RAP MUSIC!!! GIVE ME PAT BOONE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!!! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO MUSIC LIKE THAT??????

Shirl, I'd like to congratulate both you and Howard on how tech savy you are- it's very refreshing. Please just don't try to post to TBD while walking the mall, it's dangerous...

  2. "He also writes at length..."

There's no chance he wrote a word of this book. Most definitely ghost written. I hate when clearly stupid athletes and celebrities come out with books people actually think they sat down and wrote them. Maybe a few notes jotted down and given to the actual writer, but not actual writing.

If nothing else, Gronk has always struck me as being quite the wordsmith

  3. the nods and winks, drive me nuts. and its true enough. Its a club of rich and influential Men paying Goodell to navigate the ship.

Thats one of the reasons i worry already ,when we play the Cowboys in the super Bowl. and of course get after Romo. Then the refs do that thing they do, ala Patriots.

Nah, now we have the richer owner!

I highly doubt that, especially this year. Gilmore is a lock to start, but he has FA looming. Graham is older, and if he is a candidate to start anywhere, the only place he would be considered is safety. Darby is a rookie, and a guy who struggled at times as a starter at FSU (He reminds me a lot of McK coming out in the draft, but less proven. He has the same concerns of having athleticism, but no ball skills)...I doubt the Bills are even considering him as a starter over McK this year. Darby will likely compete with Robey/Graham for the slot position.

Darby also makes for solid depth on paper, in case of injury.

Furthermore, McK is well suited to a Rex Ryan defense, with good man cover skills at short to intermediate range.

As someone who watched Darby his entire career...I can say I agree with those reports 100%. He has all the speed and agility you could want...he stays close to his man at all times...but when the ball is thrown to him, somehow the receiver always seems to come down with it. For those who watched FSU last year, remember how badly that secondary was torched all year...despite the hype with PJ Williams and Darby.

I personally thought he was drafted a bit early, and I consider him a project/slot guy. McK is the starter so long as he's healthy. Plus playing against Brady and that spread offense, you need all the cover guys you can get.

Didn't think he gave up that many completions?
