  1. For sure. But I think the guys are out there, they are just under valued. There is benefit in being stout and controlling the LOS even if you have limited pass rush ability. The NFL does not seem to value that.
  2. Isn’t the conventional wisdom that it’s not too hard to find a pure 1T? Just a space eater keep LB’s clean and eat up blocks. The dynamic interior pass rushers are the more unique skill set. i can’t figure out why we struggle to roster sufficient beef at the position.
  3. Health is always going to be the concern with this guy, he's just so tiny.
  4. The simple point is that our fully intact offense needed to pickup our undermanned defense. They did not.
  5. The problem with our offense is consistency, and it's a fatal flaw IMO. By the end of the year it will be ranked very high but the ride there will be a rollercoaster with several duds mixed in. That type of variance is not the way to get through a single elimination tournament. One dud and we're going home.
  6. Pectoral. McD said "it doesn't look good" so I'm assuming a tear and he's out for the year.
  7. The other deep one to Diggs was just as bad. Good shot at the go ahead TD if Diggs didn't have to stop and wait for it.
  8. Even with the injuries the D more than held their own today. This D should be 5-0. We lose when our offense sucks, which unfortunately happens too frequently. They are just wildly inconsistent and that ultimately is our undoing.
  9. I believe the last thing was the high ankle sprain that impacted him most of last year.
  10. He seems to get banged up often. Might be that long lanky build, hope it's not a continuing trend.
  11. Imagine if Travis took the day off for every child birth, he'd never practice!
  12. Fair enough. I understand that many enjoy what you describe as a hobby. I just think we often go too far making definitive proclamations.
  13. Yes, I know it's crazy, but I generally develop an opinion once I actually have something to observe.
  14. I had no idea. I don't pretend to know more than the paid professional decision makers. All I knew was that he was a third round pick of this regime. It's about as useless as immediate draft grades. We'll see when we see.
  15. It's amusing that while listening to the press conferences we don't seem to have the technology to be able to hear the questions asked, yet something like this was crystal clear.
  16. LOL. Amazing that this is now the sentiment about a guy that everyone hated and was just another wasted Beane pick! Such a reactionary rollercoaster this place is.
  17. Unfortunately so did half our players
  18. We all saw what happened with Daquan being out for the Bengals game. At the very least he's nice depth.
  19. I think everyone knows how to fix it but Hollywood seem unwilling. So what can you do?
  20. Nope, that just your bias. Film tells a different story. Teams know how to defend josh-two high shell taking away the deep stuff and he's unwilling to be patient enough to take what is there within the structure of the offense.
