Its pretty tough to predict, some new coaches can come in and cause immediate change, while some need a few years. Given our roster though I definitely think we should be able to make it to 8-8...or more if we catch some lucky breaks.

Would love it. When at full health, this guy is a 1-2 rounder, and we have running backs in place, so there's no need to push him onto to field before he's ready.

I would love to get Minter, even if Dansby ends up signing. Its been quite awhile since our linebackers haven't been a liability and we need to get some good players there. Then go with best receiver/TE on the board.

If their plan really is to get barkely/nassib then I think another trade down would be a great idea. Nobody in the late first round is gonna take them, and the meat of the draft is definitely in rounds 2 and 3. Assuming anyone out there even wants to trade of course.

Dont get me wrong, I like geno, and really would not be disappointed if we did draft him first round. On the other hand, we did just sign kolb and the 2014 draft looks promising with respect to QBs. So passing on spending a high draft pick on a QB this year isnt such a bad idea to me. In response to your question, players I would take over Smith would include Chance Warmack, Lane Johnson, Dion Jordan, Cordarrelle Patterson, and Eric Fisher.

Ive never been a big fan of brad smith, but I really think TJ can produce with a QB who can throw a decent deep ball

Really gonna miss this guy....wasnt an athletic freak but he played hard and produced on the field.

there are a lot of good OL in this draft, my bet is on the bills going in that direction
