    They can’t act independently according to the CBA. Well they couldn’t until now. Goodell’s decision here if the nfl appeals is the final one. He rules on it.

    They didn’t hire the 3rd party judge just for this case. It’s the new disciplinary process that was negotiated by the nflpa into to the last CBA.

    Apparently the media isn’t allowed to put video out there (or at least most of it) but since cover 1 isn’t credentialed media, they can do what they want and have a big following. Seems this could lead to the bills intervening but not sure what they can do.

    I’m just not sold on the broncos. Nate Hackett at the helm - not saying he will suck but he’s entirely unproven as a HC. Russ is certainly an improvement at Qb but they seem like a last place team in that division. Their D was decent but that coach is gone, they have some good players but just don’t see it.
