I didn't tape the game and didn't notice when I was watching it live....was fletcher on the kickoff return team??
Thanks!

What did I have for lunch? I thought the responses for this question, go in the "I'm leaving TBD FOREVER" thread by T-Bone.

I don't go there too much anymore, but I'm surprised that Nino's on Orchard Park Rd. has not been mentioned before now.

TD hijacked Houston's team bus on the way to the game and replaced the Texans with the UB Bulls.

Largent was 5'11" 187. Good comparison....

I feel as though he would be an awesome weapon on offense, but if you lay a big hit on him, he might die...how many guys are there in the NFL that wiegh 168 and can take a punishing?
Even though it might make his slower, he should really add 10-15pounds to protect himself out there
He should be watching films of Marvin Harrison who weighs about 170-175 pounds. Harrison knows he would get broken in half by a LB, so he tends to get out of bounds or down on the ground in situations where he could take a big hit.

...The Rams told the Post-Dispatch that team executive Samir Suleiman faces discipline, but declined to say what it would be. A call to the Rams on Wednesday was not returned.
He will be disciplined? How hard is it to say "You're FIRED"!

Maybe Dennis Green should not have been so quick to pull the trigger on dumping Pete Kendall(last year) and LJ Shelton this year(not sure, but he may have also dumped a 3rd OL member). Outside of Warners 3 carries for 11 yards, the other RB's combined were 18 carries for 20 yards.

Yeah, well...don't forget..umm..Bledsoe had nothing to do with it...
yeah...nothing...he sucks!!
remember the mantra..
Bledsoe is responsible for the losses, and the TEAM is responsible for the wins.
Yeah, that's it!
He sucks! He got lucky with the 3 TD passes and the 143 QB rating.
He'll show you how he sucks real soon, yeah real soon!!
He sucks.
Help me out here...
Are you a Bills "shameless homer", a DB "shameless homer" or a Cowboys "shameless homer"? If it's either of the latter two options, here is the answer to all your mixed feelings...

Brought a smile to my face. Everytime the Bills ST's do something well, I'd like to cut out the press clipping and email it to Martz. What a putz.

Okay..instead of saying "standing through MOST of the game", I should have said "standing whenever the defense is on the field"!
Someone must have a noise level meter. I have a hard time believing that you can yell louder just because you are standing up?

I think there is a huge difference in expectations here. There is nothing wrong with people who scream their lungs out(while sitting down) versus expecting people to stand through most of the game. I'm not sure what advantage fans are providing to the Bills by standing and yelling versus sitting and yelling.
PS I'm not talking about standing at the end of an exciting play, I'm talking about Joe Fan who turns his back to the play whenever the Bills are on defense and implores all the other people in his section to stand up with him. Like I said earlier, can you yell louder when standing up?

I appreciate the fact that WM is trying to do whatever he can to get an extra yard, but if he wants to have a long career in the NFL, he has to stop trying to hurdle defenders. I thought for sure he had another knee injury, the way it buckled when they showed the replay.
I'll keep my fingers crossed Willis!

I'm not apologizing for not saying anything good about DB's play yesterday. I don't like Jones, I don't like the Tuna and I don't like anyone who plays for the Cowboys including DB!
Therefore, when DB s-h-i-t-s the bed(and you know he will), I will come out guns a blazin' and when he plays well, I'll just store up the venom for the next week!
The Vanek era begins tonight

I also was at the game last night and saw Vanek a couple of times last year...
Just to bring this conversation back to earth somewhat....Vanek is a VERY talented offensive player who is amazing when the puck is on his stick. That being said, he has a LONG way to go in terms of playing in his own end and be more willing to battle along the boards for the puck(considering his size, this is a bit of a letdown). It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see him end up in the doghouse before very long, due to Lindys "defense first" system. After all, this coach does not have a reputation for developing offensive talent.
Hmmmm....Sounds a little bit like a very talented player that we just let go.
