  1. those are crap calls, Patriots do that every single play and don't ever get called for it
  2. There is absolutely no guarantee that this offense will be as good next year as 2016 with Rex gone. I don't think the next HC will employ the same vision Rex had of ground and pound, and that would have greatly hamper Tyrod effectiveness, No? If Tyrod stays, which i doubt, do you really think the Bills will have 28 TDs rushing again? I sure don't. I don't think they would repeat that had Rex and Tyrod stayed. IMO wherever Tyrod ends up next is going to open alot of eyes as to how bad a QB he really is. People also say he is on the same par as Flacco and a few others. If that was true way did he never come close to unseating Flacco as the starter in Balt? or at least create a QB controversy?
  3. He may find some sucker elsewhere but he won't be effective. Nobody else commits to Rexs bedrock ground and pound offense. Everybody else passes the ball, as we all know that is not Tyrods strong suit. Good luck to whoever signs him as they will need it.
  4. I think the Bills make some sort of package deal that includes M Gillislee(that dude is good) to try and move up for Trubisky. If that's their plan.
  5. Looks great, the only thing I could see there was no under center, it was all shotgun. How is is 3 step, 5 step, 7 step and out?
  6. So lets say a different QB has 3500 yards 25 TDs and 150 rush yards 1 TD and 11 int, is that not good enough? those numbers don't jump out as being great by any means, yet they scream average as average gets and they are more TD, yards, int than TT. I'm just asking because everybody says you can't do better than TT, and all I say is it's not hard equal or to be better than TT.
  7. I think the point is there are options to everybodys, who you going to get. There are trades, FAs and the draft is coming up. TT was a backup and he was found, it happens, QBs are out there. More will be known once the SB is over and the season is done for everyone. I'm of the camp that you can get better at the QB position, and yes the defense needs to get better also.
  8. Yup, Bradford, Garappolo, Foles
  9. Have to wait for the season to end to know who is available.
  10. Right, cause we all know that Tyrod is the GOAT and nobody out there can't possibly be as good or better.
  11. Rex is gone and the next guy probably won't have an offense like bedrock Rex.
  12. Yup you are right, Tyrod is the best QB to ever play the game. HOF here he comes, #1 GOAT!
  13. So 15 rush TDs is #2, goes to show you how much of a passing league it is and shows how much this years rushing attack carried the team. Still not 4ppg
  14. They were going to sign him to be a backup. Their whole perception of TT is probably different now, good or bad.
  15. No you won't, as I stated earlier TT had the Bills at 25.9 ppg with the #1 running game this year and in 2013 EJ had the Bills at 22.3 ppg without the #1 running game. Yes that is a 3 ppg drop off but there are a lot of QBs out there better than EJ and TT for that matter that, IMO will be closer to 25 ppg than not.
  16. Any team stats that are judged arbitrarily from the sidelines you should be skeptical of. Lots of room for interpretation.
  17. Wrong year try again. http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/buf/
  18. Sure he was, I don't think to the extent you think but whatever. Considering who was QB in 2013 and who was QB in 2016 there really isn't a whole lot of difference going on. Difference of 1 win.
  19. Running game was the difference, not QB! 28 rushing TDs this year opposed to 15 in 2013. EJ was true rookie, T Lewis started 5 and J Tuel started 1 game and had the ppg ranked 18th and TT is 6th year had the ppg ranked 8th. A competent QB, through a draft pick or FA should be able to close the gap between 8-18. Not hard to get better than EJ, Tuel, Lewis combo. NO? Again, in no way am I advocating for EJ.
  20. Obviously you guys don't get it. For as terrible as EJ is, who I don't like one bit, and I think Tyrod is light years better, the Bills averaged 22.3 ppg for EJ when he started 10 games as a true rookie, without the benefit of a historical rushing game, to Tyrods Bills avg this year of 25.9 ppg. That's all i'm comparing, nothing else. That comparison is because at nauseam all the CoT have said, it will be impossible to find a QB that could average the same amount of points per game. Not going to be hard to replace the QB as EJ of all people put up similar ppg. FWIW EJs and Bills scored points in 2013 were 21L, 24W, 20L, 23W, 24L, 10L, 37W, 31L, 6L, 27W. Looks awful similar to Tyrod doesn't it.
  21. FWIW TT only had 23 total TDs this year and for comparison in EJs 10 starts in 2013 the team averaged 22.3 ppg. EJ of all people as a rookie not a 6 year vet like Tyrod averaged almost as much, 22.3 - 25.9 ppg. and the CoT is crying that it can't be done with just anybody. BS!
  22. Of course nothing makes sense to you and the like because they are not doing what you want them to do.
  23. Yup, I agree. Not a Chip fan.
  24. That said, he still stinks.
