  1. Really? Tyrod was never a good QB regardless of what his "stats" said. Oh and the only reason I believe TT will start week #1 is because McD doesn't have the balls to pull the trigger and start the "rookie" If he starts TT and he is bad it's on TT whereas if he starts NP and he is bad then it's on McD. Making scared decisions already based on what makes him look good or bad, they can't tell me with a straight face that TT is a better QB today than is NP. What's sad about that is one is a 7 year vet and one is a true rookie and it's people like you who can't fathom the thought of a true rookie being better than a 7 year vet which in turn, turns into a pissing contest about being right vs being wrong. Some people can't ever admit or handle being wrong about anything.
  2. So, he's not a better QB right now, today!
  3. Work with guy who has been there taking in soccer games and has said the same thing, it's a nice stadium.
  4. You know this how?
  5. The reality is all you guys in denial seem kinda dumb. Peterman is a better QB than is Taylor.
  6. Right, just like you're not supposed to lose your job to injury. If the other guy is better, the better player plays. I mean John Miller has been part of the 15-14 and he might not start, where is your gripe about that.
  7. and on top of that he knows where to go with the ball, so it might be a bad throw but he threw the ball to the right guy. That mean he is making the right reads, damn impressive for a true rookie.
  8. yup, he had 3 bad throws, the rest were pretty spot on.
  9. Not between the ears he's not.
  10. Fair enough but what is the coaches job and what has McD said? The best players play. Will he stay true to his word? or does he play it safe and go with TT knowing NP is the better QB?
  11. Highly doubt that.
  12. How did TT earn his shot as starter? Training camp competition, right? Tyrod was better than the other guys in 2015, (Manuel 14 starts, Cassel 71 starts) kind of like Peterman has been better than Tyrod this year.
  13. 4 drops, 4 batted down, 3 bad passes He needs to do better with the batted down balls but 3 bad passes isn't too bad for a true rookie. 2 very good 3rd down conversions that were called back because of penalty. The dude plays the part better than TT, sorry you don't like that.
  14. I think it is you that has no clue. The argument was against Peterman, and was yeah he looked ok but it was against the 3's, then it was the same but it was against the 2's, lets see him do it against the 1's then we'll know. Well he just did it against the 1's, thrown into the game, probably didn't take any 1st team reps and is a true rookie to boot. What more does the kid have to do? He has shown well in every instance you all challenged him in.
  15. Yeah that's what the coaches did. Get real!
  16. It doesn't matter, right, it's only preseason. That's what has been repeated and repeated when Tyrod wasn't looking so hot. Can't have it both ways.
  17. Orton was a lot better than EJ so it does make sense that he would say that.
  18. This^^ and so do a lot of people.
  19. Sounds good, hope he comes back with a vengeance and plays lights out. I think he'll pan out as a pretty darn good LB.
  20. Right, who is the lazy one who saves other peoples posts and responds with the same rhetoric 1000x? Go away!
  21. ...that are irresistible, I know, I know...
  22. Yay, more Tyrod excuses.
  23. I think Moore threw the pick. They took cutler out after his TD throw.
