hope u can combine into a single data plan 60$ a month for data on both is a non starter for me along with the voice plan
I'm with you. I'd like to get a droid myself and the wife has been begging for a smart phone as an upgrade from our 3 year old LG flip phones, but I simply can't justify an extra $60 a month just so that she can update her facebook status from wherever or for me to be connected to the internet 24/7.

The part about the Bills being irrelevant I agree with. They have been for a decade now. But you can save the whining about the possibility of moving the franchise or what happens when Mr. Wilson passes.

Sounds like every family sitcom for the last 20 years. Average, dopey schlep married to some wise cracking babe. Hooray for originality.
No, it's definitely not your average watered down family sitcom. It's pretty raunchy with most of the jokes centered around the league members busting each others balls. Check it out on hulu. The most recent episode was a bit weak, but the first three or four were stellar in my opinion.

Throw in Fantasy Football and you have "The League", which is pretty funny IMO...But I am going to give this one a try as well...

What we witnessed last night has been the reality for this franchise for the last decade. I have been numb to it for a long time now.

Wine is fine but beer sometimes hits the spot. Burger and beer is very good. Baked fish with beer not so good. Fine dinning and wine go together. Pub food best with beer. I just like wine any time.
If you are talking macro lagers which most people think of as all 'beer' then the above is true, but if you account for all styles of beer then nothing can be further from the truth.

I have absolutely nothing against wine, so I agree. My point, and the point of this contest was to showcase how fine craft beer can compete with and exceed wine as a choice with a gourmet meal. Beer in fact has more complexity to offer to compliment a meal in my opinion.

Any of these elite candidates could also continue this franchise toward another decade of irrelevance. Nobody knows. I think most fans are happy that the Bills appear to be performing their due dilligence this time around in identifying the candidate that gives this franchise the best opportunity to win a championship.

You would think that this would be the only choice. All this great coaching talent with Super Bowl victories on their resumes available at this time plus this franchise mired in a decade of irrelevance would equal snatching one of these guys up right away. But again, this is the Bills we are talking about here...

Interesting analysis eball, but the Bills should get in as a wild card based on the Cleveland game alone. That contest set the game of football back decades. Your bottom line is dead accurate though, the play this year really has been pitiful from a lot of teams.

3 people so far in this thread who don't realize how bad The Panthers are right now.
I fully realize how bad the Panthers are. The problem is that the Bills are worse. All I'm saying is that if the Bills give us what we have come to expect from them this year and the Panthers play consistent with their track record thus far, then I believe that the Bills lose this game.

Its simple but it's working for me this year: Pick a second team that's fun to watch, get the NFL ticket and follow them all year.
My son likes the Vikings, so I gave in this year and got a jersey. We bought the Vikings NFL yearbook for 2009 (Favre wasn't even on the team at that point). I even get to root for Big Pat and Antoine Winfield again.
In todays world, it's easier to follow an out of town team than it was to follow your LOCAL team 15 years ago. Websites, the NFL ticket, streaming radio stations from everywhere in the nation, TIVO. It used to be that you had no choice because the only coverage you could get was from your local radio and newspaper. That has completely changed.
I prefer a big HD screen and having friends/family over than risking the cash and an entire day to drive from Rochester and see a game. If you have kids, they mostly end up watching the good plays on the jumbotron anyways because everyone stands when the Bills have a big play (IF they have a big play) and the shorter people can't see anything anyway.
Admittedly, I'm lucky because if the Vikings were lousy this year I would be stuck with 2 bad teams, but hedging your bet isn't a bad idea. Being an exclusive die hard Bills fan is is like holding on to a bad stock that keeps dropping every year because you've always owned it and you don't know any different.
Take advantage of your options and diversify a little. The game is too much fun to pin all of your hopes on the Bills program.
The only problem with this is that I don't care one way or the other when another team wins or loses and I never will. True fandom for me cannot be contrived or manufactured. I care when the Bills win or lose.....or at least I used to care a lot more. What I'm doing now is just tuning into the red zone channel and enjoying all the other games that way.
