Thanks! Very helpful for me and I'm sure others.

I hope it works. Clarifying the live watching, I do think you can pause for short periods and rewind/ff, but you can't schedule a 1 pm bills game to record and watch on demand later in the day. At least you couldn't last year.

Also, when you sign up they offer NFL game pass option for an extra $50. I did it last year, but found that I didn't use it that much so I didn't this year.

One more pesky question: Is the account limited to just one login (device) at a time, say for multiple TVs?

Thats a limitation, only one login at a time. Also you have to watch live. There's no DVR capability. You do get access to the 30 min condensed games.

So you just needed a registered student's name, school and birth date and they asked no further questions?

Yes. Worked both last year and this year using info from different students. I used a brand new email address and credit card with my name on it.

Just enroll in college, get your .edu email address, and then purchase your $75 streaming ST account.  You don’t even have to go to class if you don’t want to.

    cha ching!!

Don't need a .edu address. I used a free email address I created 5 minutes before registering for the student version.

    Sign up for SundayTicket.TV U.

If you know someone that is a student, you can get a subscription through them for $99 a year.  To me, that amount of money is worth avoiding the hassle of VPNs and location-based services.

*I'm not necessarily recommending this, but could work theoretically*

Even someone you don't necessarily know. You use your own email and credit card to gain access. The only student info needed in my experience is name, school and date of birth.

  6. If you are currently in good mental health then you are unlikely to suffer from the more severe symptoms of this condition such as a complete inability to recognize and process reality or the inability to weigh in on any topic under the sun without invoking the name of our current President. However, even limited exposure to others suffering from TDS can lead to mild side effects in otherwise healthy subjects. Chief among these are a profound feeling of temporary stupidity after exposure to the rantings of TDS patients.

TDS symptoms are easily recognized to allow for rapid, early diagnosis. Mental health experts recommend posters implement the following simple, yet highly effective mitigation measure: judicious use the ignore function. In lieu of that, posters who choose to engage are encouraged  to refrain from using the quote feature when responding to TDS patients. Thank you.

  7. Using a global pandemic for political gain is wrong no matter what. Either side. Period.

Nobody knew in Feb/March and still nobody knows how this all shakes out. The entire world is a petri dish and we are in mid experiment collecting data in real time. Making conclusions mid experiment before all the data has been collected and analyzed is anti-science. Doing it to score political points, on either side, is dead wrong and if you buy into any of it then you're allowing yourself to be manipulated.

1 - Get going on PPE distribution AND production.

2 - Prepare people to social distance.

3 - Signal to hospitals that they need to start paying a lot of attention to this and get treatments ready.

    4 - Start Warp Speed.

5 - Stop holding giant Trump pep rallies when he already knew about how the virus was air transmissible and 5x deadly.

Off the top of my head.

His actions were wrong...his knowledge as you can see from the tape was not.

HE KNEW and wait for it: He's the president.

So covid is 5x more deadly than flu?

More importantly, unlike heart disease or smoking....WE HAVE NO CURE for this virus. So these ‘leadership experts’ want the President to do what exactly?

Be a fortune teller and warn the country that this virus is going to kill Americans around 2x the rate of a normal flu season. As if he wouldn't have been excoriated for making such a statement.

Btw, If we have a flu season where the predominant circulating strains are resistant to nueramindase inhibitors such as Tamiflu, we could easily see 200k+ deaths. They find these strains pop up every season during surveillance, if one becomes predominant we are in for a world of hurt.

That #HeKnew it was more deadly and contagious is not as newsworthy as that #HeKnew it was more deadly and contagious and did nothing except downplay it until it was far too late ( and even then continued to downplay it).

We can't know how different NYC would have been if it had proper PPE and a ready population prepared in a united response, but they could have seen something more akin to the fatality rate we're seeing today.

I don't fully fault Trump for this but he is POTUS and he says he knew it was 5x more fatal than the flu and more contagious.

(Did Tucker really shoot Lindsay Graham and Bob Woodward over this? WTF happened to that guy? He used to be a pretty solid minded commentator.)

Sorry--this topic is in two places so I am pulling my response here.

You don't choose your leadership stances based on "people won't listen." You choose them based on, I hope, "This is important and I--as your sworn leader with a duty to protect you--need to convince you to listen."

    Leaders lead. They don't shrug.

Nonsense. You had people at the time, experts in the field, predicting millions of deaths. By your standard every President should lead and warn Americans about the 600k that will die from heart disease, which is preventable and reversible, each and every year. 600k every year like clockwork. Yet with a novel virus that nobody knew just how virulent it would be, he should handwave and give dire warnings?  Nobody. Knew. This is TDS.

The difference is Trump knew and, as the person who swore an oath to protect the nation, did nothing to protect America except "downplay the risk" until the outbreak was well under way and we were unprepared for it. How did "downplaying the risk" of this work out?

And I don't vote for media.

So if he had come out and said that by September this virus would be twice as deadly as influenza would that have mattered to a nation that mostly can't be bothered with getting a flu shot?

This is insane TDS driven Monday morning quarterbacking. Anyone playing into it should be ashamed.
