Joe Biden has had many answers that have made zero sense going back to the 80s. So? Attempting to elevate Trump's long observed propensity to ramble as evidence of cognitive decline is laughable, particularly in light of you being willing to give media that you adore a pass for lying to you about the obvious decline from Biden.
