All of this in an environment where transgender groups are calling for days of vengeance and characterizing themselves as being explicitly militant and violent in the name of trans rights. Whatever that means. To hand wave away this recent trend as social media "rage bait" is head in the sand stuff. As a comparison, when we had abortion doctors being murdered and clinics attacked several years ago in the name of Christian groups that promoted violence was that covered extensively in the media or was it just shrugged off as outliers?

I'm more concerned that a subset of the TQ (not so much LGB) community, previously on board with the don't be intolerant and only judge us by our sexuality mantra, that now seems to be increasingly obsessed with militancy, violence and crime in general. Is it worth asking questions as to what has happened over the past 15 years or so or to just shrug it off?
