  1. Sorry guys, I couldn't resist. http://en.tackfilm.se/?id=1263984295787RA71 And let's hope for the best... Go Bills.
  2. But somehow even more interesting is another qoute from Babin's Wikipedia page: "He was known for having a pre-game ritual where Friday nights before games Babin would eat an entire bucket of fried chicken bones and all to psych himself up" He would be a perfect fit, isn't it?
  3. Victoria? For the Jills?
  4. I will be at work tomorrow morning, as usual. I can easily afford an almost sleepless night, sometimes, but another L would be unbearable. My students must be rooting for the Bills, tonight
  5. Let's make a new Antipodal Bills Backers Club! It's 1.30 AM here in Italy and it will be a loooong night here! Go Bills!
  6. I'm gonna ask the local UPS store to see if they have any box that fits.
  7. Five ounces of pure italian warm breeze will be shipped to snowy WNY in exchange for a working internet stream of tonight's game.
  8. Pardon me for being such a noob (and it's also 3 AM here...) but what a contitional 2008 pick means? That the kind of pick is to be defined nex year by some eventual achievements from Walker? Thanks, Breni
  9. To put is simply and under an european perspective, rooting for NE si like rooting for Juventus FC in soccer. Or for Bertrand Tapie's Marseille... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,13...2238023,00.html Cheers
  10. The wisest thing I've read in the last weeks...
  11. I'm using a P2P software called TVUPlayer that enables viewers to watch TV programs from many stations around the world. ESPN, ESPN2, CBS, FOX and ABC are listed and although the broadcast quality af the latters is sometimes poor, ESPN can be seen quite easily. Could anyone tell me if there is any chance to catch a Bills game this season? For us foreing fans it's always hard to follow the team as we would... Thanks, Breni
  12. He would be a great goalkeeper... Once squeezed like a wedge into the goal-post, there will be no more space for the puck...
  13. As expected, NFL news can be read with significant delay here in Italy. A friend of mine saw on a newspaper that Mike Williams recently signed with Jacksonville. I'm a bit confused, as I was almost sure that he was actually on Tampa Bay roster. Can anyone confirm?
  14. This year: 6 safeties (including Huff) in the first 43 picks. That's a 14%, not bad. Safeties are red-hot this year. This may explain why Marv took the risk on Donte: too many teams were looking for S.
  15. I absolutely agree. For us foreign fans such hysterical behaviour is absolutely unneccessary. Personally I'm finding most of today's post completely ennoying. Fans would not draft the best player available nor draft for need. They draft for hype, an hype that is generated by media and journalists that they usually disregard for most of the year. This is absolutely nonsense.
  16. The Channel Rete 4 is asking at least a 1st RD pick for a trade. She has been put out of the roster for violating the cannel's policy and was substituted by a couple of very fast twins. The Head Coach (err, the CEO) of the Channel told to the press that "[they] could allow us to better stretch the field. They are really deep threats..." http://www.gossipnews.it/mondanita/downtow...a_Ferrera_4.jpg
  17. May I add an italian candidate? http://img90.exs.cx/img90/3759/40missmeteo6.jpg http://www.corriere.it/speciali/gallerie/2.../jpg/image2.jpg http://www.allcelebrity.it/Pedron/imagepages/image1.htm Let me say that she is qualified enough to win this contest hands down... "hey, guy, keep your hands down!"
  18. That would be even wiser.
  19. I agree with the core of your post and I like the idea of a "hungry team", but I disagree on the QB pick at #8. It would be a wasted pick (à la Carr) with such a poor OL. Why not improve the OL, give a chance to JP, Nall or Holcomb and *then*, if they fail and we go 5-11 pick a QB with a top-5 pick of the 2007 draft? I think it would be wiser, from the point of view of a long-term rebuilding Breni.
  20. Bring some wings to the new kid, please.
  21. *Cap* half full people!!!!! Breni.
  22. The Parmesan rind can be real tough. Watch out, you could be forced to claim a dental surgeon off waivers.
  23. Oh yeah, the Calcutta Starvers. An with that mess with the bird flu spreading into Asia there will be no chicken wings for sure!
  24. Any free agents available for the new TBDE franchise, the Parmesans? We are still weak both on OL and DL, as all the fat kids have been converted into hams. Breni, Parma, Italy
  25. >(the governing body of soccer in Italy) control the refs and are extremely biased. Just like in the NFL! ;-)
