I was reading a few article on the net about Shanahans last year in Washington. Its likely RG3 will not be back in Washington so after my hatred for Jay Cutler, I panicked. Truth is neither can help the Bills IMO

The Bengals will undoubtedly look to upgrade at QB. Dalton needs Green to look competent.
That said, NO team is going to shed the best QB they have until someone proven better is in place. Mallett, Foles, Dalton etc etc will NOT be available.
Mallett is nothing special, that's for sure.

So the Bills can't even make it to the playoffs and yet would take a guy who can't win once you're in?

You can't blame it all on Dalton, injuries hurt the Bengals on offense.

I want a coach who wants to be here, not one looking for the best offer.
I'm not worried about hiring quickly, I'm worried about hiring correctly.
The Bills need to do both otherwise the best coaches can't afford to turn down other offers. The teams that snooze will end up hiring another guy that really doesn't want to be here but a job is a job. I do understand what you are saying though...........

Panicking gave them Marrone last time. They are doing a thorough search and will hopefully find the right coach this time (which ultimately won't matter unless they find a QB).
Some of these coaches will receive multiple offers, YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE, its that simple. The decision on Marrone was not a mistake. He did well

New coach will be hired before the end of next week. Probably by this weekend.
The Bills can't possibly wait that long. There is competition for coaches. I would say Weds at the latest.

I highly doubt this guy will be a head coach anywhere. I think he is a good coach but he has a big mouth
