  1. I am lucky to be alive today as my area received 14 feet of snow in 1 hour.....MAYBE MORE :w00t:

I spent the following day snowmobiling Buffalo Bills players to the airport.

I think I ran over a dog near Transit Road , I heard some growling, a loud yipe then a grinding sound under my sled..Well the snow behind me was red anyway.

At one point the cops were chasing us down Big Tree Road with speeds exceeding 120 MPH as Kyle Orton(riding on the back) pointed out an escape route....... YOU HAVE TO WATCH FOR THAT STATE TROUPER BLITZ he said.........that guy is Soooooo smart! :worthy: Well, we nearly hit Scott Chandler near Union Road ( I guess he was walking to the Airport) but he just stood on the side of the road laughing post-19906-0-27049700-1416687571_thumb.jpg

Anyway, after we reached the airport we all gathered near the bar to meet with the rest of the team.....man can those players drink....If I was Roger Goodell, I suspend the entire team. What a bunch of drunks....

Oh, Sorry about your dog, Ralph Wilson has a new friend now

  2. Hey, anyone here have a snowmobile willing to pick up Buffalo Bills and take them to the airport ? YOU COULD BE A LOCAL BUFFALO HERO :w00t:

“There certainly are concerns knowing 85 percent of our players live in the Southtowns and are impacted by this storm is a big way. They haven’t been able to work out, practice, proper nutrition and hydration all plays a big part of the performance on Sundays. Those are concerns we all have.

“Logistics are very difficult,” said Brandon. “We’re trying to target all our guys that are in very difficult situations. Some of our guys have been in apartment complexes where there is no plowing and it’s very difficult to get out. We’re trying to assess each player and the difficulty in getting to the facility and the airport. Not an easy task. Hopefully we can get out sometime (Friday). It may not be feasibly possible. It’s an ever changing and evolving process.”

  3. I don't understand the point you're making re: practice. The stadium being domed or not has nothing to do with them not being able to practice, it's because they can't get to the stadium and it's illegal for them to try. A dome won't change that unless it covers the entire county.

A dome on the entire County would be good

Explain to dummy that a snow fall like thus occurs once in 40 years and such a snow fall will probably collapse the dome making it unavailable to be used for the game. Now if dummy wants to pay for the new stadium or the PSEs the new stadium will require and subsidize the increase in parking lot costs, etc go for it!

It is not being a dummy to have a different opinion regarding stadium for Bills but IS being one to call someone a dummy if they do not agree.

It was never my intention to offend anyone here, if you like an open air stadium, so be it. It will cost a billion dollars for 5 months of use per season. That my friend is a total waste of Money. This is like buying a $100,000 Mercedes for use 3 hours on weekends only, SEPTEMBER thru DECEMBER

  4. How can I put this.......

The days of an open air stadium is quickly going the way of a Beta VCR, Projection Screen TV's and Blockbuster video stores. The replacement is multi use stadiums for year round use. Its the only way to pay off a Billion dollar stadium.

Now we do have a lot of fans that love sitting outside, tailgating in below zero weather, freezing your rear end off in a stadium that will most likely be half full this Sunday. With this snow storm the Buffalo Bills will most likely meet the Jets without one single day of practice and a LOSS will pretty much eliminate the Bills from the playoffs.

If you are not convinced by now that Buffalo needs a DOME........... the SNOW Gods will drop another 3 feet in Orchard Park sometime today as a reminder.........BUILD A DOME STADIUM YOU DUMMY, THIS IS BUFFALO NEW YORK, NOT TAMPA BAY FLORIDA.

To the Buffalo fans that will gladly attend this weeks FREEZER BOWL.......You have my complete unwavering respect, you my friend are a diehard. :worthy:
