  1. Incomplete passes count as plays.
  2. As they say, better late than never.
  3. Sounds like the best thing Marrone did was pull EJ.
  4. I think we view the world differently, because completing 1 out of 10 deep balls, with the other nine either way off or out of bounds, doesn't show me he has the ability to do much.
  5. I, for one, don't trust anything the Nazis say.
  6. I agree, but my side is right.
  7. So why would you assume that Woods would have improved?
  8. Players don't always improve season to season. The phrase "sophomore slump" exists for a reason. Good thing Marrone was here to help Woods beat that back.
  9. That darn Marrone, Woods didn't double his TD totals!
  10. Yet, he has two posts in this topic and the "anti-hater" coalition has 10. I thought he only predicted EJ to be cut and doesn't think he's good. I'll admit I haven't read much of him, he's just below regular status lmo.
  11. You're gonna find some driveby rando's who want him cut, but not many regulars.
  12. I can't think of one regular poster who wants EJ cut. You guys all hear what you want to hear. WEO is exactly correct. There have been more posters in this topic complaining about the endless droves of "haters" than there have been "haters."
  13. Thinking he sucks at his job isn't hate. That's sort of the point. That post you quoted thinks he's a bad QB. That doesn't mean he hates EJ.
  14. Why is that even relevant? Can you point one or two out?
  15. I remember the coaches installing discipline in some of his WR's and they were called thin skin buffoons. You can't have it both ways. Woods was demoted in preseason because of his attitude, and Mike Williams got demoted for not putting in effort. And the coaches got blasted for it. Now, they weren't hard enough. Losing Marrone is treated as a panacea around here. I don't and have not ever said that this new coaching staff won't bring about improvements. They are probably better. But it's not like they are gonna take the Troups of the world and make them Wilforks. Sometimes, even guys with bad coaches are just bad.
  16. More baseless claims, and you aren't even defending your previous ones. I've never seen someone go to such lengths to weave so much conjecture.
  17. Fred was hurt. 1.8 more YPG is, by definition, an improvement.
  18. He asked me to name one. I named several. You can try to explain them away, but they improved "under Marrone." Period. Marrone cared more about the rest of the 52 guys on his roster than EJ? What a monster. Love your Rex line. As if sticking with inferior QB's your team does not believe in is a good management strategy. Also, didn't he fight his FO to yank his last young QB? Then emasculate him on a national stage? Pretty big leap to think he'll fight the rest of the team for EJ.
  19. I think the answer was "less than once."
  20. How many times did Joe's receivers mutiny on him?
  21. It's not as though it was EJ's rookie year, either. I can understand the argument that playing conservative, and trying to avoid turnovers might have been detrimental if it was in his rookie season. But in your second season, you should be able to avoid turnovers without "playing scared."
  22. You're telling me, after watching all those videos, you aren't thinking about it? Just a little?
  23. Hogan, Woods. Freddy bounced back from a weak 2012 campaign in 2013. Boobie Dixon had a career year. There's also not one shred of proof that Marrone did any of that stuff. It's pure conjecture passed down the ages.
  24. I love Fred, what's your problem?
  25. So you're saying that EJ was trying to avoid turnovers and was unsuccessful at avoiding them?
