I am full of unpopular opinions, thanks Yolo. NFL players are some of the largest hypocrites in the world. They pretend to be all about team loyalty and so offended by the way business is done in the NFL, but will not hesitate to hold out, skip required sessions, and not uphold their contracts. They treat it exactly like the owners do, a business, and try to play the sympathy card over and over and over.

You're misunderstanding me Ryan. I like Butler and Draymond. They are for sure good players. Good players are good to have. But they can't be your #1's. Because they're not good enough to win as #1's. We both know we'd rather have Durant or Westbrook than both. And if you had Butler and Draymond and tried to trade them for Durant, you'd get laughed at. It is what it is. You gamble on potential because squeaking into a 5-6 seed and getting bounced second round for 9 years in a row is not success. Philly was doing things the right way, IMO. They got forced by the league to fire Hinkie. The Greek Freak was a pure potential pick.

Butler was a first and the Bulls missed the postseason in the EAST. He's a good player, but cmon. Draymond is good too, but when Curry stopped playing well, the Cavs won the Finals. NBA GM's are playing for the next Lebron/Durant/Melo/Wade/Westbrook/Curry. If they miss out on the Kemba Walker, Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green, Eric Bledsoe tier players to do so, so be it. None of those guys will do anything unless they pair up with a superstar.

They'll probably never survive losing those global powerhouses.

Teams have recognized that really good pros don't cut it. You need a top 5 player in the league to win a championship. A 50 win team with a bunch of good players will never cut it.

It's much harder to turn a CFB program around than an NFL one, IMO. The Emperor has No Clothes fan club just doubled in size.

Compare ISIS-influenced attacks in the US in the last 5 years compared to non-ISIS attacks. Seems to be a lot going around? That's bull ****. If that's your argument, I assume you think that the Sandy Hook shooter and the Confederate Flag church shooter (I can't remember his name) were both terrorists? If so, that's fine by me. In regards to 9/11 we are absolutely aware that some chain of command existed. We have no idea if that's the case in the Orlando attack. Al-Quaeda definitely qualifies as a non-state entity. You stretched quite a bit here. The answer is no. The point I tried to make above, but was probably unclear in doing so, is that calling it an asteroid or a meteor or an ostrich changes nothing. Just like calling Mateen a terrorist changes nothing. By your own admission, he had no direct contact with ISIS. So what are we supposed to do about it to stop lone-wolf style attackers who are inspired by terror groups? Nothing. If he's loony, or a terrorist, or a loony terrorist, it doesn't make a lick of difference. He acquired weapons and fired on innocents, and he won't be the last. Whether one of these psychos are inspired by video games or ISIS or Charlie Manson doesn't matter. The only way this is different from some other psycho loosing bullets in a public place is the ranting **** he said beforehand. He's not part of a terrorist group that we can follow. He didn't have a weapons supplier, or a dossier giving him a mission, or directions from some shadowy figure we can go after. He was just nuts. That's it.
