Hey all,
I’m thinking about making a long weekend trip and going to the Miami game, in Miami. Is it worth the trip? Any tips on where to stay or “must try” restaurants? I’ve been to a lot of games at home and a handful of away games, I know nothing compares to the game day experience in Buffalo, but I’m always down for something new.
When I was younger, I used to go with some friends each year. I live in Tampa so it’s only a few hours. I used to stay in South Beach and was fun. The Saturday night prior was a trip. -

The Bills showed interest in Emmanuel Ogbah in a previous off-season and early in this one if I recall.
Calais Campbell would be a quality add. Ngakoue as well
Campbell is getting old. Ngakoue is the most logical choice, and is under the cap if we want to do it. -
He spent 7 years here and was he wrong that Josh is one of the top 2 QB’s in the league with Mahomes

From the original question, the two obvious needs are Edge Rusher and WR. I just don’t know if there is any talent left not already scooped up.

Please let me know if you’re interested in this and for how many. I need to get an idea on reservation numbers. Probably will look at Byrncliff but will consider others if there’s a consensus.

Richie Rich, that’s awesome. The only 1 pm Sunday game is week 1 so that will be the week I come up with my three kids and girlfriend. It’s going to be an awesome weekend. It’s funny as my middle son, Ryan’s favorite team is AZ. It’s a long story. Family party (reunion) Saturday, and the game on Sunday. The mightiest will be flowing.
BTW- I have to come in September as my sister, brother in law, and dad come back to Clearwater for the winter months. They always want me to bring the kids in September. -

Good news. We can structure Aiyuk's new contract accordingly post June 1st after the trade.
We could actually do it this year with the Tre $ after June 1. -

Pretty cool.
unfortunately not much wiggle room at LB these days on the 53, but maybe he shows enough to get a PS deal or can get looks with another franchise based on what he shows in TC or Preseason
Exactly, as Bernard has proven himself and Milano is the best player on our entire defense. Broken legs heal.He may be able to make the PS.

Your opinion of Khalil Shakir is your opinion of the 24 Buffalo Bills offense. Will Shakir develop into a starting wr and a feature of the passing attack or be a nice role player? If you think he can be a feature of the offense then your overall expectations for 24 are still high. If he is just a nice slot guy your hoping for a massive trade. You feel the offense is subpar and a major concern moving forward.
Shakir had a year of a nice third guy. 39 catches 611 yards. He was not used the first 6 weeks. Only received 5 targets and 4 catches. You take his usage from week 7 to 18 over a full season thats 52 catches for 882. Doesnt knock your socks off but you can see why he would be looked at a bit differently.
There are alot of targets available 160 from Diggs and 81 from Davis. They were also highly inefficient players. Diggs catch % last year was 66 and Davis was 55. Shakir was at 85. In general Shakir made the most of his opportunities. I do not see him getting Diggs work load. I dont see any weapon getting that.
I think Shakir will be used a tick more than he was down the stretch. I think he has a chance at being a 1,000 yard receiver and I dont think it is that much of an ask. If you see Shakir as a possible 80 catch 1,000 yard guy your not hanging your hopes on a big time trade. Worked with Cook. Worked with Benard. I think it works with Shakir.
I see him as a third and slot WR. Typically slot WR get lots of balls thrown at him. Look at Beasley in his prime. -

2015 Josh Norman is better than anything we've had secondary wise
Absolute lockdown that season
Tre in his prime peor to the two injuries was just as good as Norman.- 1

Johnson has Diggs’s attitude without the talent. If he doesn’t get targets he sulks and becomes a distraction. If he had any redeeming professional qualities, they wouldn’t have given him away.
Exactly, hard pass. -
Next week can’t come fast enough. My hope is there is at least 1 1:00pm game in Buff. In September. My reasoning 8s each September I coordinate with my cousins, nephews, and siblings as we get around 20 family members to the game. I fly up with my three kids and my sons go to the game with me. We can’t wait until October as my one sister and Dad, come back to Clearwater for the winter. They like to be up there for the family party the day before the game. It’s really fun as I have a huge Irish, Catholic family and they all show up for the family party. It’s one of my favorite weekends of the year.
Anyway, GO BILLS!

NFL put this up yesterday. I once watched a JP Losman career highlight video and it was over before my coffee was half drunk, so let's take a moment to appreciate the fact that we have this cannon-armed lunatic playing QB for our team
Thanks for sharing Rob. It’s nice to every once in awhile get a positive thread, vs. all the negativity.- 1

Tua is what he is, a decent but not great QB. He wasn't the reason the Fish lost the AFCE and got abused by KC (with their second-rate WR room) in the playoffs. The fact is that Miami is a one-trick pony on offense, and when tough defenses shut them down, they have no Plan B on their offense. Their D couldn't handle good offenses very well, either. IOW, they're good at beating up on cellar-dwellers but can't beat decent teams with good defenses as evidenced that they only beat 1 or 2 teams with winning records. (Faux Super Bowl Contenders).
Their D suffered serious losses in the off-season, and unlike the Bills' defensive losses, these were of players who were major contributors. They also have a new DC.
Signing OBJ does nothing about their real problems.
Agreed on all points and couldn’t write it better SoTier. Those losses to defense amd their Coordinator must have stung.- 1

Guy is more washed than laundry.
He’s a complimentary WR to the big two. Last year he only had 500 yards last year in Baltimore. I’m not overly concerned. -

Interesting. The Fox NFL Sunday is still rolling deep with Terry and Jimmy despite both being terrible.
They should have kep Boomer and Phil vs. the other 2. -

I really thought we would trade up, not down. It doesn’t make sense, but the draft isn’t over.
