    Thanks, I wasn't aware all 50 states had concealed. I assumed incorrectly that some place like CA didn't allow it. That alone could end up being the legal coffin nail.

    Considering that 5 other states currently do not allow open carry, could this be viewed as having precident? I think it's a dumb move myself but it might not actually be a violation of constitutional rights if other states are legally allowed to limit or forbid open and concealed carry.
