He's saying there are some good elements to communism. Insinuating that communism is somehow takes care of the moral aspect of government while capitalism takes care of the economic end I'm assuming. I have a niece and nephew who literally hate the white man so gatorman albeit deranged and twisted, is sadly not alone in his cult like perception of the world.
