Soccer would become way more credible if they just "let them play". Allow more incidental contact and yellow card any fruitcake that fake falls when looked at the wrong way. And red card them when they pull that holding the head shite and knee grabbing writhing around in pain on the pitch. I fell that of all the soccer I have witnessed the Premier League seems to be good at letting stuff go. Still way to much of the fakery goes on but compared to the World Cup it's like hockey.

I'm not done with them either. When I stop being a Bills fan that's the day I stop watching the NFL. It's all about disconnecting emotionally. For example last season when we played so well on the road in Seattle I knew on the final drive ,when the offense was inside the 10 we were not going to win. I can't tell how I knew I just knew. We don't win these types of games. And when ole nervous feet Tyrod couldn't make a quick decision 3 plays in a row I wasn't pissed off like I would have been a decade ago. It was just another mild disappointment that I forgot 30 minutes later.

I have gone through all the stages of grief including the stage the OP is at currently. For the last 4 or 5 years I have been at a very content, pleasant state of mind when it comes to the Bills. I have come to terms with the realization that they will never accomplish anything. But if they happen to achieve it will be that much sweeter. So basically I expect nothing and hope I am pleasantly surprised!

I agree. One of the best shows I've watched. Right now we are watching House Of Cards. I like it but sometimes I find it hard to follow. Moves kind of quick as far as all the plotting and backstabbing. Spacey is amazing though. I'm trying to get my wife to watch the Soprano's but she thinks it's to old she wants to watch something new.

Yeah they had that game. Went to semi turtle mode. That never works especially on the road. And it's almost impossible for them not to have a line with a top 5 pick they have had so many over the years. True except for the Penguins. That team is loaded I don't know how they keep all those guys paid.

Replay has turned out to be a "Careful what you wish for" thing for me. I used to be all about it. Now? Not so much. It's absolutely mind numbing in the NFL. A replay that they show on TV is clearly definitive and I don't know how many times I've yelled" WTF are they taking so long for? Anyone can make the call in 10 seconds". Replay has made a painfully slow and disjointed viewing experience even more so. Is there anyone on the planet that can sit down and watch one game all the way through without changing the channel 100 times? Also even as well intentioned replay is it almost seems that lawyers have got involved in the deal. Catches used to be clear cut, black and white. Now a player has to be making a "football move"? A lawyer had to come up with that.

Damn Ducks are going to be well rested when we play them. I really do enjoy watching Getzlaf and Perry operate. I really wish we had one of them.
