Is anyone worried about Pittsburgh… I haven’t seen them play but heard the Baltimore game was pretty brutal… There’s a lot of delusional Pittsburgh fans that think there gonna come up to our stadium and beat us enroute to the super bowl

    TJ Watt is out?

This really sucks. I’m not trying to get bailed out but I really didn’t want us to have to win that Dolphin game. Way too many things can go wrong in a 1 game setting. There’s going to be a ton of pressure now.

    Still hope with Titans tomorrow.

I woke up this morning and the first thing I saw was my wife stub her toe on the end of the bed. She was in agony but when she caught me laughing she looked just like Mahomes after the Bills game.

    Good times

You're in big trouble pal! 😆

I attended two of the parties at Shooters and then one at the Blue Martini(most recent).  As far as I know, those parties were paid for by Russ Salvatore…not Ralph.

Oh...And here I am giving Ralph credit! 😆

There was also a bathtub filled with homemade gin that he would mix up for the party.

    So much hate! 😆 😉

He was a good, generous man. I walked into a Sam's Club a bunch of years ago here in Illinois. The greeter at door noticed my Bills hat.  He said in the 1970s he worked for Ralph in Detroit.   Ralph would fly them into BFLo for games to: "Watch OJ run."  Ralph was a swell guy!

  6. The best time ever in Miami was about 20 years ago. We walked into a Greek joint and they had the dishes piled high on the tables and they were smashing them? Not sure WTF was going on, did we just crash a big fat Greek wedding. It was the night before the game in Miami.

Did he limit it to only Genny Cream Ale and Barton’s vodka?

😆...Just an open bar night for Bills fans. I think he limited it to tickets, not sure how we got them.  Shooters in FFL...

  7. Call Ralph a miser... But does anybody remember the free, all you can drink Bills parties he would throw the night before the yearly game in Miami. Usually in Fort Lauderdale.  I wonder how thar would float in today's SocialMedia world?

    He was a good owner!

  8. I think it's sad.  My wife disagrees and think they just went away.  I guess cowbell makes it sorta upbeat. I still think it's sad AND the line:

    "...Could you be dead?
You always were two steps ahead, of everyone
We'd walk behind while you would run
I look up at your house
And I can almost hear you shout down to me
Where I always used to be..."

Dying even metaphorically is still sad. Nostalgia is sad...

    Sad or not sad?

  9. "...Mama's hooked on Mary Kay
    Brother's hooked on Mary Jane
And daddy's hooked on Mary two doors down
    Mary, Mary, quite contrary
We get bored, so we get married
And just like dust, we settle in this town
On this broken merry go 'round and 'round and 'round we go
    Where it stops, nobody knows
    And it ain't slowin' down
    This merry go 'round..."

  10. Thank You!

Last time Bills were in Miami,  "Heat Bowl" September 2022... It looked pretty damn close to 50/50 or more Bills fans!

normally it is transportation prices that keep me from going to games. this time it is ticket prices. I should have pulled the trigger 2 months ago on tickets for this one because I can take Cheapo Air down there for $130.

Back in Nov. Tickets for lower bowl were $240 for very good seats and airfare from Spirit was $70.

Miami is always an easy ticket to get... Why we always go there when we can. They don't support their teams as well as they should. IMO.

  11. There's a house on a hill
By a worn down weathered old mill
In the valley below where the river winds
There's no such thing as bad times
    And a soft southern flame
    Oh Cotton Jenny's her name
She wakes me up when the sun goes down
And the wheels of love go 'round
    Wheels of love go 'round
Love go 'round, love go 'round
    A joyful sound
I ain't got a penny for Cotton Jenny to spend
But then the wheels go 'round...
