I agree! But that's not America. Sadly, the Top Dog has it easy. Maybe someone can fill us in why the schedule is like this. It's gotta be geared to the previous season and divisional rankings?? Do it when we suck. Or win a SB... 😉

Great if we go as SB Champs. We are so desperate for a Championship, don't want it to be another distraction and lose good weather here. But I guess Bills are good at distractions. I wish they'd announce this after the SB.

I won't mind if we win the SB this year. Great for the League... But disaster if they lose. Will be like parading around a circus freak show.

Agree. They did get jobbed out of game and beating us on their turf for the right to play this game in Cincy... But too bad. Buffalo has been getting screwed over way more than Cincy has through the years. They have had 2 playoff games in Cincy against the Bills during the 1980s. I am sorry someone died on the field and needed to be brought back to life and game couldn't be finished. It sucks for Bills too... They lost a bye. And anyway... They have one of the 6 turfs in the League that injury statistics deemed unsafe. The Union even petitioned the League to immediately rip up and replace. It's a dangerous place to play, Bills have a safer brand of turf...

When I worked in Polish deli... We would always cook the top round rare... Easier to slice, thin... AND more importantly... Will finish cooking in the GRAVY. A slow cooker/CrockPot (deli we had the chafing pans in the hot case) works well. Lightly soak both insides of the Roll before building the sandwich. Kinda like an Italian beef sandwich in Chicago. Build to taste: Dipped, Wet, or Dry... Oh... Whenever anybody ordered a pound of sliced top round (estimate: 1/4 pound per person) they received a free pint of GRAVY! 😉 In the biz, and original BoW... Gravy always goes farther than au jus. That's the practical element that was built into the original recipe for the sandwich. Heating the beef in the gravy finishes it off to where you like it. That's the original recipe. Oh... And don't forget the horseradish!
