My seats will be a 1k-1.5K PSL. I sit in the upper corners, and I love it there. Each of those seats in the new stadium are going to be gobbled up, if not by actual season ticket members who attend games like myself, brokers will grab them. The average ticket price for my seat is $80 a game, and the Bills are selling a seat right behind my row for the KC game for $356 dollars. All I have to do this year is sell the BALT and KC game, this year, and my seasons are paid for, and I attend 7 games for nothing. Sell a few more over the next 3 years, paid off PSLs. For someone who goes to lots of games, loves the tailgate, and couldn't care less where they sit (like me), it's a no brainer to pay those PSLs. I think in 2-3 years I could transfer my seasons and get the 1K/seat PSL back. Now - the expensive lower bowl or clubs, not the same thing. Comparing apples and oranges. Anyone who paid 50K for a PSL, ya, you're not worrying about selling those down the road, and if you are, then good luck to you.

I'm talking about the upper level seats where the PSL is going to be between 1k and 1.5k. PSL prices are nowhere near what they are in Dallas and NY. And if you bought the 50K PSL seat for the Buffalo Bills, ya, not an investment. You got the money to burn. So even if you pay the PSL, sell some seats to make your 2k-3k PSL cost back AND pay for the tickets you choose to go to, and walk away from your tickets after 3-4 years, you just got to go to three games a year for free.

So investments... Let's say I get a pair of tickets for the new stadium with the intention of going to three games a year, and selling the other 5-6 games. For those three years, I go to the games I want to, and use the profits from sales pay the ticket price for those games, and collect the extra profits pay off the PSL fee I incurred. Then after three years I sell the PSL rights to someone else who pays 25% more then what I paid (which is now all profit as I used sales of seats to pay off the PSLs) I've watched bills games for free for three years, and made good coin selling off the psl's. Sounds like an investment with added benifits to me. And for those who say i'll just go to 2-3 games a year - FACE VALUE price on ticketmaster for the worst seat in the house for the KC game is $356.00. I think it's a pretty decent investment as a bills fan.

Been a season ticket holder since 2008. I didn't get much sympathy from those same people during the draught when I couldn't make the game in December and unloaded my tickets for $6 on stubhub with a big loss. I mean, not many people were flocking to bring their kids to the stadium to see Brian Brohm, Thad Lewis, Trent Edwards or Nathan Peterman. The ebbs and flows, demand will be high at first, but post Josh, who knows.

They did all the heavy lifting already (Clubs and Sideline Seats). Now it's the upper levels, with PSLs about 1k-1.5k. They will sell them all. Think of it, you get them, and then sell 2-3 games and you've basically made your PSLs back. The draw next year for those seats will be big - only 8 home games with KC, DET, CHI, and probably BALT (AFC north team) AND the draw of a brand new stadium. People want to see this fail, but they will sell them all and people who get the uppers at a reasonable PSL price will be laughing.

Bills announce training camp headed back to SJF
gmanbfan replied to The Wiz's topic in The Stadium Wall
The move to Rochester was a big thing with respect to their regionalization initiative in the late 90s early 2000s. Ticket sales were volume based back then, needed to pack that stadium with 74K fans. With the new stadium, almost all tickets will be sold to season ticket members. The volume aspect is no longer a factor, meaning the regionalization efforts won't be the same. I see it moving to OP permanently in the near future, especially if they are to plan future development around the stadium. -
It'll be interesting as they could schedule this game for the season finale, but most likely won't be the last game at Rich/Ralph/NewEra/Highmark if there's a home playoff game. My only hope is that the last game will be AFC championship game, and the first game an new Highmark will be Thursday night season opener

Schedule release day might be my favorite day of the off season calendar! I think CBS will do everything it can to keep the KC game, so KC@BUF will be a 4:25pm start in Orchard Park. So many good home matchups for the Bills that the league will want in Primetime. Cincy at Buffalo seems like a Monday Nighter. Fox will want the Philly game for a 4:25pm start on their network. A divisional Thursday night primetime matchup (NE or MIA) on the road would work. And I think Baltimore at Buffalo on Christmas. Seeing it's the last season at Highmark, happy that no home games have been stripped from us this year (as of yet), and yes, I think Buffalo in Ireland against Pittsburgh makes too much sense. 9 Home games to enjoy the last season at Highmark! And hopefully two playoff matches too

Dolphins @ Bills - When do we find out if moved to Sat?
gmanbfan replied to gmanbfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I really hope this game gets moved to the Saturday Night 8:30pm slot. What a party that would be! -
I see that this game has been listed as a possibility to be moved to Saturday (either 4:30pm or 8:30pm). There are five games with a TBD mark in the schedule that can be chosen to move to Saturday. Any idea when the NFL will announce what games will be moved?

Bills games should become a destination for opposing fans
gmanbfan replied to gmanbfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just interesting how I see opposing fans attending a Buffalo game have been treated as of late. 15-20 years ago, someone wearing an opposing team's jersey would be subject to verbal abuse, things thrown at them, resulting in a terrible game day experience for those folks. I would actually tell fans of teams at away games I attended not to travel to Buffalo... was on par with an Oakland experience I see a change... I have to say a lot of it has to do with how the Bills community has embraced the Bills Mafia badge. Yes, we party, we enjoy, we do crazy things... but come and see and come and take part! Think it's great for the Bills franchise and Buffalo community. I now recommend anyone (regardless of favorite team) to go and see a game in Buffalo. And they should definitely see one before Highmark is gone! -
It's clear that with all the media attention around Bills mafia and the gameday experience, fans of opposing teams want to come and join in the festivities. A few years back, I use to hate the sight of opposing fans in the Ralph. The amount of fights I saw in the stadium is staggering. My tune has changed. People want to come and experience the game day awesomeness that is a Bills game. I've been to 20 nfl stadiums and only had one bad experience in Carolina (drunk kids wouldn't leave me alone all game), but in general have been treated very well by opposing fans. I think we should celebrate Buffalo being a destination for opposing fans, credit to the Bills Mafia brand and what it's done for this franchise. I just sometimes get annoyed with the amount of Canadian fans that support the other teams... and I'm Canadian! Embrace the attention, and show fans the awesome hospitality that Buffalo has to offer!

Has Anybody made a payment on their 2021 season tickets yet?
gmanbfan replied to Gordio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All depends on the Border situation for many Canadians. We're very far behind the US with our vaccination push. Most Canadians won't have a vaccine available to them until September, and that might dictate when border opens.
