  1. great list, but here's what I'd change.

    where is Winfield? 1st team.

I'd replace Butler with Chris Villarrial, his time with Buffalo was short, but he was solid.

Flowers all sucks more than Kelsey, Kelsey was fairly solid, Flowers was a bust.

I might replace Walker with Gandy for 2nd team, again, Gandy wasn't great, but he was a inexpensive option that outplayed his contract.

    Crowell over Kiko

Ko Simpson should be all sucks too

  2.

Fair enough, maybe just a case of declining production and high cap hit. I still think WR looks thin without him.

So why are some salivating over him? Reputation?

    BTW, no Mahomes snark?

I thought because of Maclin's speed he'd be more valuable with Mahomes. Outside of Kelce, I don't see a consistent threat on their offense.

    Well, Kelce and Spiller obviously

  3. Engram is a WR in my book, I would take him in the 2nd if we don't draft a WR in the first.

I am a Bucky Hodges fan, at VT he rarely lined up next to the tackle, he was flexed outside and in the slot, at 6'6", a 4.5 40 and maybe more importantly a 39 inch vert, he creates match up problems, but he isn't going to dominate as a blocking. But I'd but him in the slot, make the defense respond to his freakish size and athletic abilities.

  4. I kinda feel like this was the plan with him all alone, they would rather have the draft pick and roll with a vet like Mike Tolbert. Also, had they tendered him a 2nd round pick, he could have held out, with the thought process being, that if Buf valued him that much, they should pay him. Now we have some power to get back into the late 3rd or early 4th and pick up a need.

  5. I don't hate the pick, my concern is; how much difference is there between a Mike Williams and a 2nd rounder like Zay Jones?

    I don't think there's a huge difference.

The same can be said about the cornerbacks. So I don't have an answer to what I'd rather buffalo do. But, I think it would be to trade back for more picks.

  6. I pitched in a highly competitive men's league and in weekend tournaments for 7 years, we (the pitchers) wore masks to protect our faces...I took one off of the thigh once, the bruise lasted two months and you could see the laces, it was awful, I miss it.

  7. Add Jayon Brown and Jalen Reeves-Maybin to the list. Both excel in coverage and seem like great fits as wlb/nickel backer in this scheme.

I'd be shocked if Davis made it to rd 2. I'd be ok with trading down into the late teens and drafting him there to be honest. He's a ball player and a good dude

I like JRM too, if he was healthier this past year I feel he'd be a 2nd rounder or early 3rd, instead he's a 5-7th round pick for a team that runs a 4-3...he's a pure Will

  8. I see your point, and what you say is true. Adams is not a freak athlete, but I still think a lot of teams would love to have him. We shall see.

The Safety I am most skeptical about is Obi Melifonwu. Is he a very good football player, or is he a combine star? He certainly has great measurables, but from some of the game tape I've seen of him, he looks average to me. I think there is more hype than certainty with him.

I agree, I think at best he'll be the third safety in a big Nickel package. I wouldn't draft him till the third

  9. Your source is someone in Batavia saying the new stadium should be in Batavia and you think that means they would actually move there and be called the Batavia Bills? Wow

Exactly! And this isn't a new idea. IF they were to move within the greater Buffalo area, it wouldn't be to Batavia...there would be too many displaced cows as a result
