  1. McDaniels head coach/OC and Gus Bradley for DC, move us back into a 4-3 (we have the personnel to do it already)

Re-sign Brown, Alexander, Gilmore (if reasonable) Doz and Corey White

release Graham, Tyrod- savings wise it's Huge

    Retire A-a-Ron, I'd rather he'd not, but I think it's coming.

Let Woods walk if he finds a great deal.

Sign- Ricky Wagner RT, DeSean Jackson & Foles

Foles will be released, KC has two big re-signings and no cap, Foles I believe has no dead money if released (it might be even better to offer a late pick) and saves them about 10 million. Jackson can re-unite with Shady and Foles, I think he'll fair well in the NE style offense. Wagner is one of the best RTs in the game, gives us a top 5 Oline.

1-Draft Adams-he can be the SS Bradley needs in his system

2-Draft Butts or Howard, the 2nd TE in the two TE sets

Rest of the draft..Draft WR depth I like the kid from NC

CB depth and safety depth, we need to find a FS at some point. A lot of my Saints friends think Byrd will be let go, he with Adams would be a good combination, if we want to go that route again. Not sure I do.

  2. Smith actually was a very good HC. Smith inherited a total sh*t show in Atl after Petrino took off in the middle of the night, and Vick. His GM could not pick linemen to save his life. They brought in Pioli and a few other FO people and the Falcons are looking good. Dimitrof is a finesse guy, he struggles understanding big uglies. Smith did make a few questionable calls to go for it or not. I knkow Smith is a smart guy and he learned a lot from his time in Atl. Given another shot i think Smith will win. Smith reminds me of a younger Coughlin. a no non sense, does not like to talk much, and would get the job done.

BTW Coughlin wasn't Coughlin till he had Eli. Show me one 'great' coach over the past 15 years that did not have a good QB?OR an average QB playing good for a critical stretch.

Coughlin was a good coach in Jacksonville, he had a career back up QB in Mark Brunell and got more out of less talent than others.

  3. you're attacking the 2nd amendment. And that's your opinion.

As well as defending yourself with a gun when someone else's doesn't have one is also your opinion. Soooo.. you've got opinions. They're really special and all unique. But... you've turned it into a second amendment issue. You have the right to defend yourself with a gun in this country. Its a federal law and 46 States seem to be in agreement with this viewpoint.

Again, go here if you're so passionate. Else wise, I'm done with you on this topic Gug. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/169012-what-is-better-no-guns-or-more-guns/?view=getnewpost

I'd rather be a kitty with a gun than assaulted with out one. Then again, I've never been accused of being a kitty

Boyst62, do yourself a favor and go back to the PPP, you don't have to respond to our posts...nor do you have to try to insult anyone, that is one of the reasons I don't go to the PPP board, I have very valid points that I believe in, much like you believe in your points. But, going to the PPP board and trying to express them is much like trying to call into Rush or Hannity, the audience attacks you.

Actually, this whole post took a terribly wrong turn, I apologize for my part. A young man who did not deserve to die, is dead today.

I hope my city doesn't fall apart.

  4. so let this be a lesson. Don't run your mouth and be a dick when you never know what you're up against. Avoid confrontation and realize there is always going to be some immature !@#$ in this world

I hope you are being sarcastic.

First no one really knows what happened, Mr McKnight was apologizing to his killer prior to his execution. I don't think he was "running his mouth"

good then we agree. Guns are a right all Americans have and there is no reason anyone should not have a gun.

I love this argument, first not all Americans have that right, secondly that is what everyone needs, full scale war in busy intersections.

  5. No way, it was an execution

I hope you are right, I hope they lock him up for the remaining of his life, but if it goes to trial and the trial is in Jefferson Parrish...strangers things have happened. George Zimmerman shot an unarmed teenager, that he initiated contact with and today he is free.

  6. I would trust and hope that (especially if the eyewitness account is correct), everyone agrees that Joe did not deserve to be killed (actually he was executed) over this incident.

Whatever your thoughts are on the Second Amendment, the Founders did not intend to create a Constiutional right to execute a man apologizing and begging for his life in the aftermath of a traffic incident.

That was the hardest part to hear, he apologized for whatever caused the issue. Yet, a "gentle giant" with a gun felt that wasn't enough.

I lived in Orlando and worked in Sanford during the George Zimmerman trial, now I live in Gretna, La (NOSaints and a few others know, Terrytown and Gretna are the same town) the post election tension prior to this situation in New Orleans is much worse than it was in Sanford/Orlando 5 years ago. I fear that this will be a similar case, Gasser, 54 year old from Kenner, afraid for his life (ex football player) uses his gun in self defense. I hope I am wrong. I hope that he doesn't even try that defense, but his staying on the scene makes me think that he believes he is innocent.

I am afraid that this great city would explode if we have a Zimmerman type trial.

  7. I started going through all the pages, I didn't see if this was mention, he started his college career at Clemson, but was removed from the team for "a pattern of behavior that is not consistent with the value of our program". Since I believe Rex Ryan and Dabo have a working relationship, I don't foresee Kelly coming to Buffalo, I'd love to draft him in the 3rd (I love Buffalo barbarian's draft) but I can't see it.

  8. I like that o'leary doesn't wear gloves. He's that confident in his hands for some reason...

The amount of tack on the gloves is insane btw... no CLUE why he wouldn't wear them.

I think it's because his arms are so short, the gloves would go to his elbows.
