I'm not a big fan of signing free agents over 30...but I'd sign him in a heartbeat.

Did a little updating on this list. Removed OLBs (Since we signed Rivers) and removed CBs (Since we signed Graham). Removed people who signed yesterday, added a handful who were released yesterday.

That's honestly not that much. You figure 5-6 will be spent towards the rookies, plus every team generally carry a couple million buffer just in case.
I'd say that only leaves us with 5 million to play with...a number which will likely mean one more free agent at best.

I don't think it's a big deal to the caliber of players they are bringing in for visits.
They can very possibly double their best offers signing in Buffalo. It's easy to do at those salary levels.
Different story with premium, proven talent.
I agree for the most part, although reading some of the interviews with the Bills brass that were posted today after the Williams signing I definitely got the vibe they wanted to bring in more than just Williams and Carroll today but were stalled due to weather.

What a joke. Passing off a glorified Collin Brown for another team as an upgrade.
Well hold up, I'm not a huge fan of the guy but he was a former first round pick who has started most of his career at two positions.
Colin Brown was a 5th rounder who couldn't hold down a counter job at Mighty Taco.

The nice thing about Williams is that, at the very worst, he can be a swing backup at both tackle and guard. That type of versatility is always a huge plus late in the season.

Since we got our standard "ZOMG, THE BILLZ HAS DUN NOTHING!!1!!1one SUXORZ!" first night of free agency out of the way, I thought it would be helpful to post a list of what free agents are left on the market. I tried to use "Bills thinking" on this list (which was borrowed from Rotoworld's rankings) in regards to the players I listed. What I mean by that is the Bills seem to favor under-30 free agents who have a bit of versatility to their game.
Just by doing a quick once over, I feel that our upgrades at OT and TE may have to come via the Draft as the pickings are somewhat slim. Still extremely deep free agent classes in the WR and Secondary departments though.
