  1. Buffalo Rumblings put out a mock Bills Big Board for tonight. Seems pretty good at first glance anyway. If you don't feel like following the link, the list is:

    1) Randy Gregory, OLB

    2) T.J. Clemmings, OT

    3) Eddie Goldman, DT

    4) Jake Fisher, OT

    5) Dorial Green-Beckham, WR

    6) Carl Davis, DT

    7) Jordan Phillips, DT

    8) Jalen Collins, CB

    9) Landon Collins, S

    10) P.J. Williams, CB

    11) Eli Harold, OLB

    12) A.J. Cann, G

    13) Nate Orchard, OLB

    14) Devin Funchess, WR/TE

    15) Maxx Williams, TE

    16) Donovan Smith, OT

    17) Bernardrick McKinney, ILB

    18) Bryce Petty, QB

Would love to see the Bills draft Eddie Goldman, the idea of him coming in when Dareus or Kyle need a breather is downright awesome. Guy is a monster.

  2. Here's what I got.

Second Round: OT Donovan Smith, Penn State - Starting potential at both RG and RT.

Third Round: DE/OLB Markus Golden, Missouri - Very likely an OLB in our system, absolutely relentless. Joe B also hearing the Bills are very high on him.
Fifth Round: ILB Jake Ryan, Michigan - An old school thumper, special teams ace and valuable depth at all linebacker spots.
Sixth Round: G Arie Kouandjio, Alabama - More depth along the O-Line, hopefully playing next to his brother again gives both guys a spark.
Sixth Round: QB Sean Mannion, Oregon State - Good measurables, much better of a developmental QB than Tuel at this point.
Seventh Round: NT/5T Leon Orr, Florida - This is our Seantrel Henderson pick…basically give a shot to a guy who made some bad decisions but physically has all the tools. Why not?
  3. I certainly hope so. The Chargers are giving Seattle a good bit of trouble at the moment. That doesn't bode well for our fortunes next week, I assure you.

I'm actually kinda happy the Chargers are showing so well against the Seattle. To begin with, I simply loathe Carroll...but more importantly, I want them at their best against us next week. I want our offense to be challenged early and often by San Diego. I want to know where we stand and if we can respond to a glaring problem with our Offense from the week prior.

  4. Here's the thing. We still won by 19 points, even with our red zone troubles. The Bills will now focus in on this during the week and you know Marrone will have them pushing hard next week to rectify this. The Chargers have a sneaky underrated Defense IMO so this will be a good test coming up.

  5. I am terrified of this game. I'd honestly hate to have all of this euphoria and positivity crash down to Earth because our team was not prepared for a what is sure to be extremely aggressive Dolphins team. I can already picture the headlines on Monday. "Bills Era of Good Feelings Ruined By Dolphins Dominance". Miami sure as heck doesn't care about our new ownership, all they care about is going 2-0 and that makes them very, very dangerous. Our guys need to be at their best and not get too emotional if we want a chance at winning this one. Having a crazy home crowd is nice but that isn't going to help EJ from getting happy feet from the Fins blitzing him nonstop today. We match up very poorly against their D-Line and the Bills were already pretty horrendous last week at 3rd down efficiency when the Bears were NOT blitzing. Imagine this week when Miami will be.

I hope I'm wrong but I just don't feel great about this game at all.
