Bills:
Week 13 bye
Week 14 Chiefs, Sun
Week 15 Cowboys, Sun
Week 16 Chargers, Sat
Week 17 Pats, Sun
No way NFL is flexing Week 15 for Bills with a game on Sat.
Bills will not be flexed weeks 13, 15 & 16. That leaves possibly weeks 14 & 17. But Pats suck so only week 14 may be in play but CBS may select that game so this may not impact the Bills at all.

Wait…it appears @GoBillsinDallas is no longer a member. Have you assumed the responsibility of posting these type of artifacts?
Will you also be replying with ‘Boomer’ to anyone mentioning a 60-70s band?

SOURCE: Jets Slated for Monday Night Football Opener (msn.com)
Can't post the article but it says the Jets and Giants will play week 1 (9/11) on MNF. The article also says that one of the Bills vs Jets games will also be on primetime.
This was on SI today: https://www.si.com/nfl/jets/news/source-jets-slated-for-monday-night-football-opener#:~:text=With speculation suggesting as much,2023 National Football League schedule.

Providing my perspective as I have had clubs for a brief period and also have lower bowl seats which I have had for quite a while. I initially purchased clubs so I could take my father to one game/yr. He’s approaching 90 and requires easy access, food and restroom convenience. But I use the clubs every game I attend rather than the lower bowls. I have not resold my clubs yet to any game but have re-sold the lower bowls. I have also provided the clubs or lower bowl tix to family & friends.
I arrive early after clubs open to secure a table inside the club for food and drinks pre-game.
Agree with the items that @Shaw66mentioned above. I may eventually release my lower bowl seats but will hold onto the clubs for the perks. You also receive a Bills Bucks card with a small % of your payment as a balance. I spend all of that in the club food & bar but it does not go that far due to high prices.

Where did Dr. Mayer provide a basis for this statement? If the cause was provided as commotio cordis then that seems possible as other athletes have returned after suffering this. But the article states “The cause of his collapse still has not been determined.” so either this appears to be a poorly written article or Dr Mayer is aware of the cause but didn’t reveal it…or just a crappy article.
Two ESPN writers contributed to this article.

They played Animals a few years ago. I didn't see the show but the recording was stunning.
Seeing this show in RVA, June 6. Nice double bill with Jerry Harrison & Adrian Belew performing Remain in Light tour. In Buf, it’s Neal Francis.

Graham Nash loved Crosby. To get a good perspective of Crosby, CSN, & CSNY, then recommend Nash’s ‘Wild Tales’.

I was doing some consulting in Indy recently and stopped at The District Tap on Meridian St and, to my surprise, they had ‘Beef on Weck’ on the menu. Ordered it but it was a hokey Kimmilweck roll. First and only time I tried it. It’s under ‘Sammies & Wraps’ on the menu: https://www.thedistricttap.com/menu/food/

339 row 8 seats 1 and 4. If someone has 2-3, mind if I sit with my wife? 😂
Your wife needs all those seats? Diet & exercise can help her with that.

stuff like flak jackets and extra padding really limit movement especially for the skill players that need full range of movement. Probably not an option.
Perhaps not flak jackets but something like rib protectors that would not limit their mobility. This might have to be developed but Damar’s injury might expedite its r&d.
Interesting article on the shrinking pads in the NFL. Injuries are one thing but possible death was never considered. The next player may not be so fortunate.

Ok I’m only going to say this once…
I WAS WRONG about Tua playing for sure on Sunday. I stated many times I believed Miami would put him out there. I am unable to say “I told you so!”
And may god have mercy on my soul.
I genuinely feel bad for Tua but am glad to know his well-being is the focus. Great kid with talent… and when the time comes, will have no issues finding good work outside of playing football.
Nice that you admitted this. Now waiting for @GolfandBills

So sounds like physically, Damar could probably play again. Mentally, probably not even if they were able to bulk up his chest padding so there was no chance of recurrence.
I believe someone else may have posted this but the equipment lightening (shoulder pads, etc) in the NFL may have contributed to commotio cordis occurring for Damar. This is why this phenomenon has not occurred until now. Perhaps some equipment modification or use of flak jackets, etc. may prevent this from happening again.

I remember the #85 shirts that were sold after his injury just to represent him as best we could at that time.
When he subsequently went on the Oprah Winfrey show looking so Great after his recovery it was AMAZING
Dr Cappuccino was the Man who saved his life and enabled he to recover 100%
The last sentence is not accurate. I was at that game and have sent encouragement and followed Kevin Everett fairly closely.
See this recent article after Damar Hamlin was hurt: https://billswire.usatoday.com/2023/01/05/damar-hamlin-injury-kevin-everett-buffalo-bills/
“Everett, now 40, is able to walk but he can’t jog or run. He endures frequent pain, for which he takes medication, and will for the rest of his life.”

Still TBD if this was commotio cordis with Damar. This rare phenomenon is seen more frequently in baseball, hockey, and lacrosse but it has not had an impact on participation.
Though the possibility of CTE appears to be having an impact. Certainly on parents focusing their boys on other sports.

Who booked flights when the games and team haven’t been determined yet?
I booked my flights for the 14th and 21st weekends. If I waited longer, flights would be quite a bit more expensive. If Bills get a bye/don’t play, just get a credit and use for some future flight.

I am a long-time season ticket holder with 4 seats (2 lower bowl & 2 clubs) and hoping to hit the lottery if the Bills make it. As @SoCal Deekand others have related, the SB experience is phenomenal. TV is fine but, IMO, nothing beats being at a game.
Just found out that Breeze airways flies direct from Richmond to Phoenix starting Feb 10…what a coincidence! Will book that on Tue if the Bills win Monday. Can always go somewhere else if the Bills get upset. -

Hangin’ at the Rooster Walk music fest this weekend. https://roosterwalk.com primarily because the spouse is running her food trailer here. A relatively mellow festival. Bands include Kitchen Dwellers. St Paul & the Broken Bones, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Yarn, Marshall Tucker Band, and a relatively new band that I thought kicked butt, Wilson Springs Hotel.
