Can you sell the PSL to anyone other than the Bills?
You can transfer or sell to anyone but they will be vetted by Bills before sale is approved. For example, it will be denied if purchaser is on Bills banned list.

In a sense. Some schools require a mandatory donation to buy tickets.
I thought I read @Mr Info saying some sections are sold out already?
Yes, got seats yesterday but not as good as the ones available last week. East club sections C224, C225, & C226 (midfield) are sold out except a few 3 seaters that they will not break up for 2 seats. Sections C203 & C204 were nearly sold out and I got seats in C204 near the 25 yard line. Unfortunately, not as good as my current club seats. I should have acted more quickly.

Well, @Mr Info, in his defense is not old.
Better definition is elderly.
Nope, not that definition either. Sheeitt…am not even retired.
You can use the term ageless.

I think i have read in a couple places they are doubling. @Mr Infoextrapolate can confirm for us. But I also think mistake to extropoate anything from the club prices
My current club seats in Highmark are $4,034/ticket for 2024 season. My East club seats for 2026 are $5,165/ticket.

That was not my point but you probably understand that.
mods - probably good to merge this thread with the a relevant topic on TSW.

Why would a working family prioritize a PSL over their kids education when the UFL offers something similar?
I agree with this last sentence but that should not be a question…whether that is a PSL, vacation home, expensive vehicle/boat or any other costly item that could impact your children’s education. PSLs are intended, just like any expensive entertainment item, for those that have the means to acquire them. If the PSLs would have been required twenty or so years ago, I would have passed but things change over time.

Not saying you aren’t a regular club member. What I’m assuming though, is that your seats are probably pretty close to the 50 yard line. While in the current stadium they are fairly inexpensive, the new 50 yard line club seats are going to be the most expensive in the whole place. And as I mentioned, with half as many box suites as the current stadium, the 50 yard line clubs are going to cost people a lot of money. What suites cost in the current stadium.
what I’m willing to bet, is that club members on the far outside of the clubs, like @Just Jack and myself, the seats being offered won’t be nearly as much.
I have a question for you since you’ve been to the stadium experience. In the new stadium there will be 200, 300, and 400 levels that all look like heated and covered areas based on the renderings everyone has seen. Is this the case? Did they tell you that 3 levels will be heated and covered? Did they tell you that all 3 levels are considered clubs? Or did they only offer you 1 single section based on where you currently sit now?My current clubs are in the Pepsi club on the 35 yd line. What I saw at the Experience was that all Founder, East, and Field clubs were priced the same no matter the location in that particular club. The only covered and heated clubs are East (and Founder) but no other seats are heated elsewhere in the stadium. Field clubs are not covered nor heated.

They could do that. I also think the teams need to start stepping in like the Giants and Broncos did. If you sell more than half of your tickets they revoke them from you.
I think it's a joke that season ticket holders sell as many as they do.
The senior rep at my Experience said the Bills no longer care how many tix you sell as a STH or PSL owner. Everything is done electronically so, for example, the Bills will vet who you sell your PSL before approval. Whoever purchases your tickets are responsible for misbehavior or issues not the PSL owner. He actually told me of an earlier club seat STH who went through the Experience and only plans to re-sell their seats.

Hey, can you ask your lawyer if there is any way to have both you and your wife sign the PSL contract? My agent has told me only my name can go on it.
Ok, I will inquire.
Another item I did not mention in my previous post was my rep told me the virtual seats I viewed at the Experience may no longer be available. It leads me to believe they are doing ok selling new stadium club seats.

I’m a club seat holder and I was told it will be a few months before I get called. You’re gonna have to wait until probably after the summer until non club seat members get the call. Maybe later.
As @Just Jack and I have talked about. These club seats they are offering right now with the absolutely ridiculous prices are basically their answer to the smaller suite holders that are in the current stadium. There’s going to me half as many suites, the club seats with even 20k PSLs will be more like the smaller/lesser suites in the current stadium. The every day Joe that has clubs seats like me and @Just Jack aren’t their target audience right now. They’ll get to us with their options later and it won’t be 15-20k for those PSLs. IMO.
I am just a regular club seat holder that was at the Experience presentation last week. Circumstances were that I ran into the person after me and he is a plumber from Batavia and we played HS football together. He has been a regular club seat holder for a long time. They may also be pitching these to suite holders but not what I observed.
btw - I requested and received the PSL License Agreement because I want my lawyer to review before signing it. It is 27 pages long.

Having been to the experience, I will make a couple of comments per feedback & perspective.
-The new stadium will be so much better than the current stadium. Imo, there is no comparison as far as the club seats. Have not had the opportunity to evaluate stadium seating yet.
-There are plenty of STHs outside of the Buffalo area so they are selling to a wider swath than the local area. I have had season tix for 30+ years and live about 400 miles away.

Field club PSL is $15k/seat x two seats (my quote image)= $30k. East club PSL is $20K/seat. My quote is for 2 seats (follow link in earlier post today where I placed the East club images in my first post after I got experienced).

that's not what his chart showed. $30K for PSL and $8610.00 for ticket....unless I'm way off.
The prices for East & Field clubs are for 2 seats. East club PSL is $20k/seat and ~$5.1k season ticket. Field club PSL is $15k/seat and $4.3k/season ticket.

I have added images from the Experience that were sent to me by the rep.
I have added the East Club pricing and benefits to my original post
In this post and next I have added the Field Club pricing and benefits. The pricing is for 2 seats. Field Club location in next post. Too much time to shrink them to fit in one post.

This is something that surprised me. The Bills had the seventh highest average resale ticket price. Bills average resale tix were more expensive than the Giants, Packers, and Steelers.

The Jets sold PSL’s for as high as $25,000. Those same PSL’s are selling for $4,500 now.
Interesting that in the same article that you cite is this:
“If the Jets had won a couple of Super Bowls in recent years like the Giants, their fans would have figured to fare similarly well. Some Giants fans can collect up to twice as much as they originally paid for PSLs.”
There are plenty of articles demonstrating that PSLs are not good investments. But looks like a good investment for Giants fans.

10 year loan with 11% interest for a license to buy a ticket. Amazing
To their credit, I can say my reps advised against this rather than recommending it. But they indicated it was an option.

So if you were interested in “downgrading” your seats, when do you get that option?
That was not available yet. No PSL or ticket pricing for anything other than clubs. It appears they are going through all the club customers first. I would contact your ticket rep.

Thanks. On a 1-10 scale of that stadium is going to be super cool, what do you give it?
It appears they paid great attention to detail. The clubs are much nicer and way more spacious than the current ones. Plus, you can watch the field rather than looking at a monitor while drinking and eating. The virtual 3D field views looked awesome. The test where someone burned smoke to show how the perforated shell design in a model would bring the smoke through the middle of the roof rather than being blown all over the stadium was impressive. I am on optimist so giving it a 9.
Another item that is being added is new security technology where you pass through gates (no removing phone or other devices). They mentioned this technology would be used at Gate 5 in the current stadium if you are looking to move quickly through security next season.- 2

3/21 - Added East Club pricing & benefits. Pricing is for 2 seats.
Below is a club seat summary. Will edit it when/if I receive more info.PSLs are transferable or can be resold. All seats will have PSLs. Only club seat and 2026 season tix have been priced. No info on stadium seat PSL or season ticket pricing has been released.
Not going to provide pricing on Founders clubs as those people are immune to pricing.
The PSL club pricing I am providing is for 2 tix.
The East & West clubs PSL are $40k. West side clubs are on either side of the suites starting at approximately 25 yd lines. The East clubs run entire sideline. About half PSL down payment and interest free monthly payments until ‘26 season. Monthly payment varies from when you place down payment. East & West club seats are covered and have radiant heating. Nice inside club area where you pay for drinks & food & there are restrooms and can watch the game while you eat&drink until you decide to return to your seats. 1,200 seats in West club and 5k seats in East club. Purchasing PSL early locks in $10,330 for 2026 season tix (2 tickets).
Field clubs $30k for 2 ticket PSL are in lower level bordering midfield. I believe 1.200 Field club seats. No covering and no heating but have access to large Field club indoor area with food&drink&restrooms. Again game viewing area from club until you return to your seats. Purchasing these early locks in $8,610 for 2026 season tix.
All PSLs offer a 10 yr payment plan with M&T bank with 10.49% interest if you do not want to pay immediately or use the monthly (~2 yr) plan.
Nice presentation on the stadium design for wind prevention due to perforations in the structure and opening in the roof. Did not feel like a time share presentation as I felt no pressure to sign. The PSL and ticket pricing was at the end. I said beforehand that I would run everything by my wife as she was unable to travel this time.

My Experience appt is finished. I was told by one of the guides they have a 70% hit rate in the first wave but I did not commit to anything.
The junior Legends rep said she would send details of what was discussed per PSL in a ppt presentation in email. May wait a day to post my notes to check against her slides. Hurrying up to catch a flight from BUF.- 2

Quoted where I disagree based on my Experience meeting.
I have been to timeshare meetings and never felt pressured at the Bills Experience. I walked out without signing anything when my appt ended. My rep sent me the details I requested within a couple of days.
Actually, I wish I had signed while I was there because equivalent seats to my present club seat location were unavailable when I called back a few days later to obtain club seats.
