  1.  httpsnames://torotimes.com/posts/houston-texans-make-major-jump-in-stefon-diggs-next-team-odds-01ht5m9ag0r9

So I would never say never but we all know there's pretty much no chance Stef is traded , unless it's an offer Beane just can't refuse, but what I find interesting here are the odds on where Diggs starts in 2024 and as a gambler I'm likely going to put my $ where my mouth is because these odds are great and it's easy easy $.

From article - When DraftKings Sportsbook first released odds on Stefon Diggs’ next team in February, the Buffalo Bills were big favorites (-300) to retain the four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver while the Houston Texans were 10-to-1 to land to get him (or +1000).

For non gamblers you'd need to spend 300 to win 100 on Diggs staying in Buf and spend 10$ to win 100 if he landed in Hou..

    Back to article -

There’s been a shift in those odds over the last month with Houston jumping up the board, though the odds are still projecting a return to Buffalo. By March 18, DraftKings’ new odds had Buffalo as the favorite (-230) and Houston up to +550 - again as the third-favorite - behind the Dallas Cowboys (+400).

With the Cowboys being stagnant in free agency, they’ve dropped to +850 to land Diggs while Houston’s price has been bumped to +350 in the latest market shift. Those odds carry an implied probability of 22.22% that Houston would make a giant splash by giving quarterback C.J. Stroud an elite outside weapon next season.

So now, big difference , you can now spend only 230 to win 100 for Diggs staying in Buff and Hou dropped all the way to +350, 👀👀 meaning instead of winning 100$ on a 10$ bet , now , a 10$ bet will only win you 35$ if Diggs landed on Houston. That's a MASSIVE DIFFERENCE

Just caught my eye and very interesting to see the numbers move that significantly, especially towards Hou .  I know what I'm doing, I'm 100% putting 1150$ to win an easy 500$ on Diggs starting the season as a Buffalo Bill. Maybe much more.

Just wanted to give my gamblers an easyyyy money maker that is Bills related!🤑

Edit- For the record I didn't put any $ on this but definitely would have at some point in off season.

Also, don't gamble unless you have a great system and are doing tons of research or if you follow someone that has a stellar betting record, they're rare but they do exist

Tua hasn't gotten an extension yet and nor has than been whispers he's working on one. Joe Klatt mentioned in one of his mocks that Penix could give them the deep thrower they need and could be their 1st Rounder in April.

Interesting.  I keep hearing an extension is imminent but while idk much about Penix at the nfl level, he's not considered a high 1st rder , will likely take ti.e to develop and they miss out on upgrading OL in rd 1

It's a problem backfield to play against...for now. Mosert is already 31 and though lightly used early in his career will start to hit a wall soon.

Achane is EXPLOSIVE for sure...but I have serious doubts he will ever be more that a 8-10 touch a game guy without missing time due to injury. He's not built for it.

    Very valid points.

    for a conditional 3rd in 2026

I would have done that deal

it's way more the contract then the compensation.

We have Vons contract so no chance

It's hilarious ppl are scared of the Jets lmao.  Their coaching/front office is brutal

While appearing on "The Danza Project," former Bills safety Jordan Poyer was asked about the drive in which the Chiefs tied the game.

"From getting the ball back without much time, without squibbing the ball, and then [we] give up a freaking screen that goes 30 yards down the field to Tyreek [Hill]," Poyer said. "We [were] just playing soft zone. And you look back and you look at the "NFL Films" and you just see really how much more like connected [the Chiefs were] and they were just way better than us in that time."

Poyer was asked about the soft zones, and it was pointed out that Leslie Frazier seemed to call a lot of those styles of defenses, but Poyer didn't point any fingers.

"You can point fingers here and there and elsewhere," Poyer said. "It was just an entire operation. There's not really one finger that you can point at all because it was the entire end of our game operation that wasn't good enough."

    Sounds like a McDermott issue

Wait, how do you come away from that and say it's a McDermott issue? I'm genuinely interested in your reasoning..

    A. The ST coach should've called a squib, obviously.

.B. Frazier called the plays. But you claim it's a McDermott issue🙄

I keep saying it but this was the play before 13 seconds. Bills in press man with safety help over top.

I said since that game that this was the main killer. They were so afraid of Reek from the series before that they went super, ultra soft coverage

But if the stoopid ST coordinator simply kicks a squib, we win.. smh.. that was so gut wrenching

Come on Jersey.  Have you watched either guy play the past couple seasons?   Fields will get swallowed up by the AFC North.  And Wilson has fallen off a cliff the past few years.  If say Washington or the Giants had made these moves everyone would be saying they are a 5 win team at best.  Because it’s Pittsburgh, and King Tomlin it has to be the bomb.  Everyone seems to revere Tomlin.  But McDermott gets all sorts of flack on here, when he has been a much better coach of a much better team over the past 7 years.

Might have worded that poorly lol but I'm just saying for a team that basically just drafted a 1st rd QB , they got some potential to work with. Especially Fields, another 1st rder cause he's younger. He could def have some untapped potential

  8. Was really optimistic on him last year. Glad he bowed out on his own terms.

Based off Beanes track record he'll bring in a vet with similar traits (no clue who's out there)

  9. Kinda random offseason post but just interested in what people think of Russ/Fields both being aquired in the same offseason and both with their own reasons for optimism.

I mean personally I think they should go with Fields, under the right OC and guidance I think he could work out in the NFL. But you can make a case for Wilson as well.

Honestly feels like a pre McDermott Billsy move, considering they whiffed on their 1st rd guy but they did get tremendous value on 2 QBs with their own unique upside. Was just curious what the mafia thought

Also remember, Tomlin never finished below .500 which imo is one of the most underrated feats in the modern day NFL

  10. Not related to the op but I really thought they'd be a problem last year.  Especially with adding Ridley on O and a stout defense , I watched alot of them, when Bills weren't playing obviously, mainly because I had Ridley and Etienne in fantasy but long story short, Lawrence was really bad. I don't see him getting better honestly

You know you've been dealing with a genuinely good dude when not one poster in this thread has talked shlt on him for signing with another team.

Godspeed Tre and thanks for all the plays and smiles. 🤙

I mean he's literally the start of a new era for the franchise

    He deserves it all

He’s an excellent coach IMO, he turned around a losing culture and with Allen’s help created a winning culture.

The facts are that coaching and the defensive side of the ball have failed badly in the playoffs, as the defensive HC he’s responsible, I hope this year is the 1st year his defense actually gets better in the postseason as opposed to worse and they win a title, I believe it’s possible but the time is now to get it done.

The culture shift is accomplished, the winning culture has been instilled, you either take the next step or move aside.

That's a great argument.. And I too am frustrated with getting stuck in the playoffs.

Ya you're right we have to get better in the playoffs, get to a SB , but hypothetically, who would be better than McDermott?? That's the part I struggle with as I don't see any upgrades out there.

Especially if you consider he's basically tied to Beane at the hip and he's a certified top GM
