This is going to be one of the biggest eating crow trades , draft picks in a long time.
Ppl on here and Twitter were absolutely disrespecting the trade and not picking Worthy like crazy. It was unbelievable how bad ppl were trashing Beane n co
I was personally thrilled we didn't take him. There's years of proof that guys his size and skill set are busts but he ran super fast in shorts so ppl were talking like he's a shoe in to be an elite WR
This isn't a good sign at all for KC

His first five seasons in the NFL 2016-2021 he was one of the best LBs in football. Zero doubt. It was much commented on at the time in the Tremaine Edmunds debates but at the time there was definitely an inbalance in LB talent that skewed towards the NFC. He had some injuries never quite seemed to recover some of his speed and his zest after that. I am surprised he isn't older to be honest. But this is his 4th team in 4 years for a reason. He isn't quite the guy he used to be.
damn 4 in 4 years is not a good sign. Maybe this staff can get him somewhat back. They have a great track record at LB last few years

I'm surprised but not really.
I wanted the Bills to draft him so badly
drafted him last 2 years in fantasy 🤮
He's just inconsistent

i know Jones from Madden 21 or 22? maybe , ultimate team, he had one of the highest rated cards for LBs.
If not familiar, it's basically Madden where you create your own team and gain points through challenges and live games and can accumulate cards and make your own roster.
Not that it means much but ya, Jones was one of the best lbs

What about Samuel?

I know dudes he hangs with in Hackensack, NJ
Let's just say his character doesn't fit majority of NFL teams but he'll def get a roster spot somewhere
-
honestly didn't read whole thing but I see 0% chance McBeane goes anywhere
-
We'll have 1 or 2 in about 4 weeks

Great read
Appreciate you

ya the obsession of guys running fast in shorts has always boggled my mind. This is football, not track n field

I am sure most of you know he also ran the second fastest time in the "Gauntlet" at the combine, which many say simulates game speed better than the 40-yard dash. They are supposed to run it straight across the yardline. Many can't. Coleman's straight as an arrow, and his receiving form looks A+ to me. The video is worth a 10 second watch.
Ya him and McConkley ran straight. Coleman has phenomenal hands, insticts it seems

How has "bombs away" worked for the mighty Fishies? According to one analyst, they may be the fastest team ever after adding more offensive speed in the draft. They certainly are spectacular when they stomp on bottom feeder defenses but when they run into a team with a good defense, they crash and burn because when Ds stop their WRs, they don't have many real answers.
I want the Bills to be able to move the ball however they want to move it no matter what the opponent's defense or the weather does. Winning football games is much more important to me than having Allen set passing records. My guess is that that's Allen POV, too. He doesn't like to lose.
They struggle vs intelligent defenses imo. Intelligent teams seem to figure them out pretty early on

Mahomes had to adjust his game for similar reasons. 2 high safeties. Allen still forces it at times.
ya. Allen is so lethal in intermediate game. I'm sure everyone agrees, it could be 3rd and 20 and we're all anticipating a 1st down..
Chiefs O kills it with the screens and passes close to L.O.S, expect Brady to incorporate more of that, easy yards

Wasn't Mahomes last in the league in depth of target? If not last, bottom 5, can say the same thing about their O. Allen still throws bombs and lasers

You can tell a lot about the draft when one of the highlights is "we got more picks next year"
lol dude, we picked the same amount of players and got an extra 4. I loved the way Beane weaved through this draft

the more i watch of him, the more I love the pick. He could be a superstar year 1. Could totally see Allen launching bombs and Coleman bullying the DBs , a contested catch machine.
I'm glad they didn't add a WR like Shakir or Samuel and added 1 that gives the O a whole new dimension

I mean Shakir,Cook are 4.4 , Samuel 4.3. If they can get a guy like Hamler to produce I really don't think there's this huge difference.
Coleman adds a different dimension, ppl get way to caught up on speed, it's simply 1 important attribute out of many
Our biggest issue hasn't been speed, it has been injuries/availability last cpl years
