  1. I just watched tape on all the DE prospects in the draft and Everett Brown is a BEAST!!!

Speed, power and smarts on the field, he has it all.If he is there at 11 they better grab him.

    Any thoughts?

just like all of those other Florida State DE's that turned out to be probowlers.

    pass

  2. It was a pipe dream to think that he would be in a Bills uniform to begin with.

We are a tier 2 FA team, always have been

For the most part, but not always.

I agreed with that until we signed Takeo... But it's been awhile since we've gotten that type of talent in FA

  3. Harvin and Maclin will not crack the top 20. Maclin might not go until the 2nd round, even if he runs a 4.3, because of how poor his hands and route running are.

Plus, there is a chance Crabtree will be on the board at 11 after this foot injury.

stupidest post of the year. i wish i knew you in real life so i could make money off ya

  4. If you look at the track record of the Bills draft with Modrak, it makes no sense for Bills fans to invest a whole lot of time discussing the draft.

Being that the Bills do a shoddy job of evaluating NFL free agents who have already spent years in the league, it's almost expected that they're not going to excel at projecting what college players will do in the NFL.

If they cannot gauge the ability of an NFL player how are they going to gauge they ability of a college player in the NFL?

And their track record shows exactly that, it sucks.

Worse yet they now have a guy in the gm role who has no business being there.

If this team happens upon a good 1st round pick this year it will be by pure accident because it's obvious by now that they don't have clue one.

Why do you even bother posting this trash. Get a clue mang.

  5. Get off your anti-Trent kick. You're making yourself out to be a broken record.

Trent Edwards is a polar opposite from Jeff Garcia. There is no comparison.

If you think the QB is the biggest problem with this franchise you're fooling yourself.

If youre convinced that trent edwards is a capable SB winning qb your thinking optimistically and as a fan.

is there a chance he can become one....sure. slight chance he ever stays healthy enough to lead a team to the playoffs

  6. Totally agree!

It's the Pro Bowl. The players like the weather and the additional leverage of having "Pro Bowler" as an additional thing to throw it when mentioning a contract extension; otherwise, the defense and the players could care less.

The truth is this...Marshawn Lynch is and always will be a 800-1,200 yards a year rusher as long as he is healthy over the next 5-6 years. He isn't a legitimate pro bowler, but he's an above average starter. He'll average 3.9-4.3 yards per carry for his career over the next few years. He isn't a top 10 running back in the league. He fall somewhere between the 13th-17th best running back in the NFL, and the Bills will draft another running back in the 1st round in 5-6 years.

    LOL youre crazy

  7. People hated RJ because he was terrible. Trent's young and is the future for us. He's still getting HURT.

    FIXED.

I like Trent and I hope he can stay healthy.

I liked JP, I hoped he would learn to read a defense.

I liked RJ, I hoped he would learn to read and defense and stay healthy

I liked Flutie, I hoped he would grow 5 inches.

I liked Jim Kelly, I hoped we would have found his successor by now....

  8. You guys will call me crazy, but my #2 is the real deal. I can't believe more of you don't have him rated higher. Watch more football imo.

    1- AD

2- Deangelo Williams. Yes . He is that good.

    3- Turner

    4- Westbrook

    5- lynch/Stephen jackson/fred Jackson.

Tough to distinguish who's the 5th in the beginnin of the season I'd say Lynch was clearly better then Head, but now I'm not so sure. The mans an animal and we better lock him up soon. If we don't, we're gonna regret it

  9. a piece of dick jaurons press conference. i believe it was from today. he got GRILLED by questions regarding his contract situation and his future with the bills. He was clearly rattled and shaken (imho). It was like he was chum and the reporters where great white sharks out for blood.. I hate the man as the bills HC, but I felt a little bad. He needs to go though. asap

  10. JP for the loss to the Jets. For starters, he's a BACKUP QB that may never start another game in the NFL again. He was only in there due to our starting QB being so brittle. He's not good. He's never been good. And will probably never be good. He shouldnt have been throwing the ball to COREY MCINTYRE WITH A LEAD AT A TIME WHERE OUR OLINE WAS DOMINATING THE GAME (for the 1st time all year). Should JP have gotten rid of the ball? OF COURSE! Should a backup crappy QB be throwing the ball in that situation? OF COURSE NOT!

We all know that JPs pocket presence is nil to none. It seems like he fumbles 50% of the time when he is sacked. He is a turnover waiting to happen.

WHY DID WE CALL A PASS TO COREY MCINTYRE????? OMGWTF!!!!!!!

  11. I've questioned Lynch's status as an elite runner in this league. And for good reason. Not very elusive, no blazing speed, tries to get too fancy, etc. But I will go on record right now as saying that when he makes up his mind to just hit the hole I am reminded of Earl Campbell. Yes. Earl friggin' Campbell. Not in terms of breakaway ability like Campbell, but the sheer power of his leg drive and his WILL. I've NEVER seen a runner with more heart. Never. And that kind of heart is contagious. And OLmen LOVE to block for guys like this. So, Marshawn, I apologize.

Say what you want about our great collapse but this season was lost on turnovers more than anything else. More than coaching blunders, more than lack of talent, more than getting beat by the other team. The silver lining in that is that it's correctable. What would be harder to take is if we weren't in position to win the most of the games we've lost. But we were.

The play call. While I would have given it to Lynch at that juncture simply because he was hitting them like a blunt instrument all day and it had taken it's toll, I don't put too much blame on the coaches. A play action with MORE than 2 minutes to go is NOT a bad call BECAUSE of what Lynch was doing. That play is a high percentage play when executed correctly and part if me likes the fact the coaches went against their tendencies. The blitzing CB IS JP's responsibility to read, Peters' inability to match quickness with a CB notwithstanding. JP couldn't have fu*ked it up any worse than he did, though. 1.) He dropped WAY too deep before rolling out giving the CB a better angle and more time to get to him. 2.) While McIntyre did a sh*t job in his own right, it's on JP to make the read quicker and simply run the bootleg it's designed to be IF the FB is not open. Instead, JP WAITED for the play to develop. I won't pile on JP anymore than we have since he's come into the league but suffice to say this was the latest glaring example of his inability to be aware of the game situation and what's required at the time.

Although you could see the Washington run coming from a mile away at the end of the first half, Fewell made some decent adjustments. I like what we did to Favre and their passing game after the first half. We figured him out and our secondary and LBs did a pretty decent job. Of course Favre helped. A LOT.

I sincerely feel bad for JP. After saying he wanted to compile a highlight reel for prospective teams next year he ended up doing the exact opposite. Ouch. It was painful to watch.

    GO BILLS!!!

Having JP Losman play action roll out and pass the ball to COREY MCINTYRE is a high percentage play? lol. Now I've heard it all. EVERY PLAY IS HIGH PERCENTAGE WHEN EXECUTED CORRECTLY. No play that entails JP throwing the ball to a crappy fullback is high percentage. It was a terrible call and it cost the players that worked their butts off out there a satisfying W on the road against the J E T S. Thanks Skeletor. good riddance.

  12. It pisses me off to no end to think about how Ted Ginn torched us last game. It was another example of poor adjustments by the Bills staff. McGee was clearly having problems with Ginn and the staff didn't do enough to fix it....replace McGee, double him, play him differently....I don't care. There is no reason the guy should have the game of his life against the Bills.

    ^^^^^

    that was so frustrating.
