I think humility is one of the most important aspects of a great leader. Allen's quoted saying, "I don't think I'm better than anybody but I also feel like I can compete with anybody." The article also starts with the Romo, Fitz, Allen impromptu dinner, where Allen soaks it all in. They all scream what we have been hearing all along, he is willing to learn from others and be open to learning. That's hard to do when you possess some of the most prolific God given talents ever.

 

Allen has the off field smarts and the on field gifts that you don't see all that often. Take them to the next level this year! Go Bills!

Watching the play from this angle, that pass had no chance of being completed. Hyde tracked that ball the entire time from the furthest back spot on the field. He had the best view and many steps to prepare for the batt down. Considering what he can do on the hands team, this was nothing for him.

And how fast they can get these graphics in. Plus their character add ins have the correct perspective! It's just great from a technical stand point.

I think the line to gain animation is good, it really sticks out with the moving slime...It's not as bad as I think may believe.  It's definitely aimed to get the younger crowd to stay interested. However as a person who dabbles in graphics here and there, its extremely well done,.
