    No, the HC hires assistants and is accountable for their errors. Its a basic tenet of leadership. Hire good assistants and you wont have issues.

    I;m sure they emphasize good tackling, they just don't HOLD PLAYERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR FAILURE. Good coaches get better results by holding players accountable. "Players coach" = "high motor"
