Are you including the deep balls? -

'Bottom line, think and believe what you like. It really doesn't matter what any of us think. Allen will either figure it out - or he won't.' Exactly. But as fans we are bound to form an opinion of whether he's the franchise QB or not, even if it is somewhat fickle. Lets see further Sunday! Go Bills. -

The second play you mention is the short throw to Gore I was mentioning. Just rewatched - To me that is an inaccurate pass. You are right he is under pressure somewhat with the RT pushed back. Second drive 1-10 incomplete throw to Beasley is another short open inaccurate pass. Don't think it's the wind that affects that one but the ball takes a strange trajectory. -

This is it. How can his accuracy just GET better? Deep ball is one thing, Look at the first series against the pats - throw to Gore in the flats - couldn't even hit this!! -
I was talking about the titans game. Let's say yes to your question, how does it not make sense? He's still making up for his mistakes by putting points on the board. Im predominantly talking about the titans game, if Allen makes mistakes, throws picks but then rectifies it with promise, leading a game winning drive for example, then I will offset the bad with the good. This is all within the context of me being unsure that Allen's good enough. I need to see plays and drives that show he's good enough.

If he has a melt against the Titans I'm going to be FURTHER concerned that he's not the guy we all want as the franchise. What I would SAY would be to still air the concerns that I've seen. I have seen good things but also issues. Like I said earlier to the same question, for me.. It depends how many good things he does. If he makes mistakes but leads a game winning TD drive then I feel to myself that this guy has IT. There has to be continued potential.

Have You Started To Lose Faith in Josh Allen?
london_bills replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's what I mean and there has been some improvement. Only so much you can improve what is not natural to you under pressure though. Like was said in earlier threads the weakness is exposed under pressure. -

Meaning you don't believe he has accuracy? or that you don't believe he has a deficit with accuracy? Re reading your list I presume you mean he doesn't have an issue with accuracy thats not correctable. I disagree on that one, I think he's wildly inconsistent with his accuracy at times (deep ball), underneath pass to gore in the flats, low passes sometimes etc -

On every one of those deep balls there's an underneath route open. -
You would have thought so. It all depends on how McDermott wants to manage the concussion/ development. If he's fine does McDermott want to let him ponder for a couple weeks. If it's close does McDermott air on the side of caution. If he's fine does McDermott believe the best way is for him to play. I don't think it's that people believe Barkley is better per se, I think it's to do with what in the bigger picture develops Allen more. Another two week gap watching and learning and back for the dolphins, or to play straight away and learn by doing. No concussion and there wouldn't be a conversation.

McDermott 'look after the football josh, take what the defence gives you' Allen -
He's being given the benefit of the doubt at the moment with INTS and FUMBLES, SACKS, DEEP BALL etc which is right.. I think he should be given a certain freedom to develop with this stuff. INTS don't bother me so much. Where I do think he needs to CHANGE is running head first for a first down. TOO MUCH of a risk. Also, you talk of cam Newton. Look how f***** he is now.

Josh Allen - Accuracy on the Long Ball
london_bills replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
But he's set his feet on some of the deep balls he's missed right? I take your point technically but it has to be in his head aswell, TOO many missed to be just a technique thing.
