They have a stretch of @Ravens, @Eagles, Cowboys , @Texans and Chiefs starting in a few weeks.
We’ll learn a lot about them during that stretch.

Yep. A lot of lazy "analysis" in disguise of fan boy and girl drool. A few get it.
Teams still need to beat them.
Just now, Bubba Gump said:Plenty of teams would be 6-0 playing their schedule so far.
Plenty of teams would of been to their last three Superbowls as well?

There are a lot of people who will just look and see 35-14 and say Oh, Patriots blew them out of course. And they'll have no idea just how vulnerable the Patriots look
Its whether teams can exploit their vulnerabilities and then stay mentally strong to finish them off.

Who have also, in their first 6 games, played 5 of the worst teams in football.
The arguments not going to wash when they've been to the last three Superbowls come on!

This is not the best team in football
I would tend to believe people that say this if there was something to back it up.
They are 5-0, probably going to be 6-0. They are statistically the best team in football.

It's kind of weird they went for it on 4th down with a decent chunk to go like they were expecting something.
They probably look at the odds of flags in their gameplan on 4th down. Any edge to win

People talking about the patriots not being as strong..
Remember when the patriots HAVE TO be better they usually are.

If he's throwing 20+ picks for the next few years that's a problem. But at this point in his developmental and given the type of QB he is it's not a big deal.
Agreed. If they believe in 'development'' with Allen it's actually good that he throws a few. I say that because of the type of QB he is. He's not tyrod. Hopefully he can be a Rivers.

Will probably be tossing hot garbage in the Superbowl.

I know it’s not ALL Allen but he is on pace to finish this season with 22 interceptions. We need to see more good from Allen to outweigh the picks. Even if he throws picks but we see him get better, 300 yd game, good throws and reads, clutch drives THEN THAT OUTWEIGHS THE PICKS FOR ME.

At this point give me Allen over the others guys.
Better than mariota, time will tell regarding darnold and Mayfield.
I follow buffalo from the UK since the Superbowl losses in the 90s. I root for the hope we can win one someday.
Allen is similarly easy to root for but time will tell if he's good enough.
He's exciting to watch aswell. Darnold may be better but not as exciting.

I didn't want to start a new thread, but I rewatched the pats* game on gamepass. I can't believe how down we were on Allen. Seriously. Rewatch the game. He had a rough first half, as we all know, although it wasn't as bad as I recalled during game day. In the second half he was dealing.
Not a revelation, I know. But christ we like to have a moan after a loss eh?
I think it comes down to the anxiety fans feel of whether:
A) he will flatter to deceive in the end and set us back further.
or
B) be the franchise QB that may takes us to a Superbowl.
Due to his inconsistent play..
..at one moment he seems to show the REAL potential for A, another moment he showed was the REAL potential for B.
Everything is viewed through this 'lens' of extremes.
(To clarify* he CAN be consistent on drives but will often make a mistake like an INT, FUMBLE or will be off on some throws and off on some drives that ask the question: which is the REAL Josh Allen?)

Surely hasn't done enough to get a HC job, yet.

Guy was glass and too concerned about his Olympic training to focus on football. Needed a wake up call, Bills couldn’t get through to him. No big deal.
Yeah I remember. Always injured. Clearly prefers the weather in SF. We just miss the speed

Niners dline is legit. In comparing the Niners to the Bills our position players seem much slower.
Cant remember if we play at SF or if they come to Buffalo? If the Bills finish strong, we could see prime time games against KC, Pats and Niners next year.
9ers look very fast

Highly neglected Swiss cheese oline for the No1 pick QB.

Never, ever let the temporary success of your "interim" head coach influence your long term decisionmaking!
He looks like a browns coach though so let's give them that

Funny how we're all so fickle isn't it.
Browns.
2-2 record.
21-3 down and they got the coach and quarterback wrong.

Two things amaze me about this game. How much the 49ers scheme looks like Daboll calla it. And how bad the Browns oline is. Should have used the OBJ picks on a LT.
Yeah that line plays into how Mayfield is playing.

As great as the chiefs are, they really worry me playing the Pats. Their defence shows not signs of NOT FOLDING.
