Why continue with the guy who has proven to not be capable? You do realize that only 3 teams have kess wins than the Bills over the last 2 seasons, right? You can basically fart 4 wins in the NFL, and the Bills crapped 2 more than just showing up. 4-5 wins is like signing your name on the SAT. Anyone could have led the Bills to 10 wins the last 2 seasons. Fitz is garbage.

No one is automatic guarantee. The only automatic guarantee is that Fitzpatrick has proven to be unreliable and a really bad starting QB, so I would rather go with Plan B, which is, anyone but Fitz, a proven loser.

Complete lie. Gannon was money the day be began to start. Instant Pro Bowl. Instant leader of playoff teams. He was a backup on very successful teams. He was a backup who played a little on teams that consistently made the playoffs, and 3 times was a backup on teams that were 13-3. To compare Fitz to Gannon really makes someone look foolish.

See, this is what makes no sense......you say at this point. Of course, we have to be all in with him right now. There were plenty of options to upgrade the last several seasons and none of those options were taken.

10 wins in 2 years, only matching the Jauron/Fewell season of 6 wins, not yet reaching the elite 7 wins of Jauron, yep, supposed to really change the mentality. Like that sometimes that guy says that Gailey made the offense geared around Fitz's strengths.............or is it Fitz is one of the few guys that can actually run Gailey's crazy complex offense? Which is it? Glad he is so smart, not smart enough to take a sack sometimes and instead just toss one up there, and not smart enough to slide when he is clearly will not make the first down and take a big hit from a LB. There is very little smart about Fitz's game.

Jets did not have a better supporting cast than the Bills, not even close. Bills were way better at RB, and of they two teams the Bills have the best WR too. The Bills group of WRs were just as good, even injured to the Jets. Jets were only better at TE with Keller. Jets were pathetic and inept for the same reasons the Bills may have been, just no WRs. Same for the Phins. David Nelson has more catches than any Jets WR did. Bills were 13th in rushing,the Jets 22nd.

Fitzpatrick is the worst unchallenged starter in the NFL once again. Don't use the college QB thing, that is so cheeseball and pathetic. He is in the NFL, obviously that makes him talented, but just because he starts doesn't mean he is any good. He is completely unsuccessful, he has never been good,he has never been a winner, he has sucked and always will suck, as a starter, he would be fine as a backup. He has very little talent and is not close to being a leader that inspires better play from his teammates. That is obvious my the lack of success he has had his entire NFL career now on his 3rd franchise where he has been dreadful.

Actually I prove how dumb most people are. 4 wins, then 6 wins, league leader in INTs, leader in 3 and outs, towards the bottom in 3rd down percentage, highest ever rank was 22nd, Jaworski puts him 24th, Fitzpatrick is going into his 8th season of being a terrible QB, and it cannot even be debated. He has sucked his entire career, and the best thing that can happen for the Bills to win is if Fitzpatrick gets hurt. Hope it happens. I want the Bills to have a chance, and Fitzpatrick gives the Bills NO CHANCE.

He is freaking terrible, it is not happening, so nothing really to even consider. He will be on the bench by week 10 anyway.

If Phins did not take him the Bills would have likely taken Tanehill, or the trade with the Browns may have happened.

I do not see how people consider this a big deal, he really is not going to be the starting QB, it really is between Moore and Garrard. He might play towards the end of the season. He can't be in camp without a deal.

Fitz does exactly what you ask, he dropped the clipboard and won 4 in 2010, and won 6 in 2011, pretty much what you get from a backup.

You mean like starting LT in round 1 and starting RB in 2011 and a nickel CB and backup QB. They did just fine in 2011. In 2009 they have a starting CB, RT, and many players on the roster. This year they cleaned up, they have drafted very well the last 4 seasons as a whole, not sure how anyone can deny that.

I love the Bills, they are and always have been a big part of my life. Not sure what is so hard to understand, I think Fitzpatrick sucks terribly, by far the worst unchallenged starter in the NFL for the 2nd year in a row, and Gailey is an awful coach. Why would that make not be a fan still? When I go to the games I love tailgaiting, hanging with family and friends, decked out in Bills gear, drinking beers, eating, throwing the football around, and in the game it's high fives mostly, not very vocal, I am 41 now. I can't go back to Atlanta and have no voice, stopped yelling about 7 years ago. It is well spent money, although my wife would likely say different.

Patriots draft basically 2 App Pro TEs, All Pro Punter, starting MLB, sstarting LCB, backup DE in 2010 draft, when you do things like that, you can afford to take fliers on guys, they are elite when it comes to players.
