We're going to roll the Jets this season this well.
-
Bengals first opponent - Cleveland Browns with the mighty Colt McCoy at QB & Hillis at RB, the Browns are currently 25th in passing yards & 26th in total yards on offense.
Bengals second opponent - Denver Broncos with Kyle Orton at the QB helm & Willis McGahee at RB averaging 2.9 YPC, they're currently 22nd in passing yards & 27th in total yards on offense.
Bengals third opponent - 49ers with Alex Smith at QB & Frank Gore averaging 2.5 YPC, they're currently 28th in passing yards & 32nd (Dead last) in total yards on offense.
So after adding all three of the Bengals' opponents passing / total yards together & dividing by 3, you get a league average of 25th in passing / 28th in total yards.
I'd say that based on the level of competition so far, the Bengals defense haven't played anyone worth mentioning to put them in any elite categories & have to play the number on scoring team in the league this week. It's hard for me to believe that Cincy scores more than their average amount of points (19) & the Bills score less than half their average (37.7), that would have to be a 50% increase for Cincy & a 50% decrease for the Bills to get close (not going to happen).
The Bottom line: Cincy is going to lose.

Think we might have a letdown?? Think again:
"You know how this league goes,” Fitzpatrick said from the top of the world. “It can change in a hurry.” -
I'll take Bills 45 / Bengals 10, I don't see them being able to do anything against us & their defense has played no one worth mentioning as an offensive juggernaut (Like the Bills).

Nix getting hired.
I noticed you were on here at this time for a while this morning when I woke up, how you doing?
-
ain't that not the truth!
I rarely agree with anything that a Dolphins player says but in this rare instance, I believe him.

Bengals 24 Bills 17...see my "Beware of the Bengals" post for my reasoning. To summarize Top 5 offense (Bills) vs. Top 5 defense (Bengals) somethings got to give.
Did you take the same in our TBD Yahoo groups ??

The logic wheels have fallen off here, Lol.

Here's your big chance to pick the score.

Benson might not get suspended.

Is this like a drug thing?

Aaron Rodgers is 3rd, for those that are interested.

Good observation but not surprising. The Bills were 4-12 last season. We don't have any established superstars. And we didn't acquire any huge names free agents in the offseason.
We've won 3 good games but people still need more convincing. I think that's understandable. If anything, I'm a bit surprised we're ranked as high as we are considering everything.

I've been reading multiple boards including here & wanted to point out a few variances I find funny between the Power Rankings / Actual rankings or standings. Out of 3 remaining undefeated teams, the Bills have played the hardest schedule in the group & yet rank behind both of them in the power rankings. The Bills also just defeated 2 AFC division winners from last year, one of which has a QB with the most passing yards ever through the first 3 games this season. The Bills also beat a team this year that just defeated a wild card from last season that was undefeated this year.
Point being, the only team in the AFC who is undefeated who are #1 in the actual standings are ranked 5th or worse in power rankings behind many teams that haven't accomplished anything near what they have. That to me is the definition of a huge jam, just to point out all of these facts.

You got that right Ye Ole.
There was 1:43 left on the clock, and it felt like it took 2 hours to get to 00:00.
Like a record player stuck in one spot, it just wouldn't end.
-
that 's a concern if you want the Bills win the Super bowl this year.
I want it too, as every year.
But ! Rome has not been built in one day.
So far it seems the Run def is good, and offense is beyond any expectations I had for this year.
Just enjoy the ride !

Go with the insults all you want, I haven't been particularly impressed with our defense so far. I understand that the league is more explosive, but we are still ranking in the 20's in many categories. It's an improvement, but I still think we have room for growth and should strive to be better. But hey, I guess that's naive, cool, whatever.
Our defense needs to improve, no doubt about it. The real improvement so far on defense is that we are not getting ran over anymore, which was obviously a goal for the team (looking at who we drafted). Other teams' possess all kinds of talent, that doesn't mean that they will utilize them or even the players will make the best plays.

It continues to baffle me that fans are entirely unaware of the respect that Gailey commands around the league as an offensive genius. It's been mentioned time and time again by many professionals. He is more than competent on that side of the ball.
I think winning means more to Chan than anything else, respect will fall in behind that.

It went up to 71% now.

Here's all your power rankings wrapped into one, it determines where you play when the season is over (Golf course or Home field advantage).

Correct
The longest one is now Buffalo's current win streak over the Cincinnati Bengals. Buffalo has won 10 in a row against Cincinnati dating back to the AFC ...
BUT.... With the Lions breaking the Minny streak and the Bills breaking the Putrids the odds are in Da Bills favor.
so says buffalo bills .com
Have to love to continue with this streak.

Agreed if any coach tries to run that in and give the bal back to brady they should be fired on the spot.
Bide your time for the best probable outcome.
