I have mentioned my opinion about keeping a mentor in his ear on the sideline. I have not seen that, and or maybe Bills need to change up the message from said Mentor during the game. Josh has highs and lows. We all know about that. But during the game? He might just need a channel to listen and redirect his energies get the tablet out each play and show him the open receivers underneath etc

I am not sure why Josh was left with his own thoughts when struggling Where is the tablet , where is the Coach working him , like a boxer between rounds. He is that type of Player. this sounds weird possibly, but did he feel alone after his errors? and felt he needed to make up for his first mistake ? okay too weird

I might suggest that Coaches Do Not lay into him as might be needed I also suggest he needs his QB Coach on the sideline with him, or bring Dorsey down. Josh needs a mentor when it gets ugly Not Diggs in his ear and not after the game so much

He did this last year . With similar results. Move the pocket Dorsey. Stay in the pocket Josh. Step into the pocket Josh. some of those breakouts were ghosts. Again. I focused on the O line. It wasnt that bad and the Jets are one of the best for sure. Scheme against that Ken You are not going to get the long deep plays you want without going horizontal (screens flares short curls and making full use of those TEs. Do the Bills even know how to run a proper screen with the line pulling to the same side ?

This is where i still hold Coaching accountable. Ken cant be his buddy or peer. But in reality he just might be. Josh needed his QB Coach in his ear on the sideline. Some actual body of authority speaking to his face. Supportive and correcting bad behavior ! Josh lost his sht Where were his mentors ? its a bad system in place for Josh to be his best. And that makes me sad for real. and its really unacceptable IMHO. McD better right the ship before he loses the team again.

This is my concern as well. I do have a pessimistic bent about me on some topics. Not all , I assure you. But Bills at MLB and getting the run stopped are one of those. Expect each team to find out what is in the middle of the field defending for the Bills. Benford ? Cool. They will likely be rotating in anyways, if they are smart. I hope fans can keep in mind Jets D line is going to be brutal. One of the best imo. Dont fret when our Boy gets confused at what they bring with stunts and blitzes. Give him a few run plays to show his strength and neutralize a few defenders with prejudice !
