  1. I would suggest Zay would be a better fit outside once acclimated. Boldin might better work the slot with his ability to find the seams in zones and all the other things a savvy vet can offer. I could them moving receivers around alot this year presnap. Or at least switching up who is in X,Y,Z. Agreed on bringing Anquan in, no doubt ! Agreed. This Kid Shorts might be our speed guy along with C Brown. It's early but i am kinda stoked about the receivers if we bring one solid vet in. Are Boldin and Holmes redundant ?
  2. I had forgotten about the potential suspension. Good points NS !
  3. If Holmes can't run the right route... and it seems he is struggling .. Boldin can its a reasonable take Zay will be the two
  4. Great opportunity for Adolphus to get reps. I cannot worry as he he likely be back tomorrow. I see it is as just what it is. A tweak. sometimes there is nothing there to read in between the lines.
  5. Moving Pears to guard and sitting Urbik tells the whole story for me. Doug? Your and idiot
  6. I save the reports as my last read for the day. Just freakin' awesome Astro. #Respect
  7. how soon he forgot who gave him a chance
  8. Yarborough. make note looking that way. and yes Jones should not play slot unless motioned in Poirot had class. Take note
  9. I am going to be forced to watch this develop. wishing Ole Doug well
  10. I am going with a fairly clean slate and or reboot. But not a new timeline for a successful offense overall. This year is Our Time.
  11. I did not feel he would do well in 3-4 as a PR Lb personally. He is a containment strength player Most players sucked because of it. Rob Rex whomever
  12. Bills have all the right people to make sure Tyrod has the best opportunity to reach up and improve his passing skills. I think that is a sign the Staff has more faith than some fans. But Staff also is wise to hedge the bet. and they have with setting up next years draft and a TT contract that surely is another "prove it " contract. Right now i think Taylor will show improved, more effective passing under this Coaching Group. Will it be enough to give him a long term deal? Not likely. But I am seriously hopeful he finds his groove this year. and i would draft serious QB next year anyways. It's the smart thing to do
  13. agreed John. Depth is what gets teams to the finish line
  14. Its a valid thought. But lets see how camp plays out with TE situation. Bills might have enough weapons if some of these kids can accelerate their development. Somes folks have said let let the youth come along and accept it as it goes. I was not in that group. But Astro's reports have me backing up a bit. As mentioned these guys likely can miss camp and the workouts till taking an offer, But i like the players who have been in the playbook and are acclimated to "Sean's Way" about now. either or for me, John.
  15. WE ALL DO. Astro, does the grandson like a good taco or an honest torta? How old is the little bugger anyways? tiny little place near Good Smoke i want you to consider . -E
  16. I think Barnidge wants too much money. just guessing of course and Boldin will find a better fit. Would like to have either or both, but won't fret if they sign elsewhere. Glad we got in the game at least.
  17. Good! I will add you to the growing list ! He was used to pull defense from the run game waaaay too much
  18. Wisdom beyond your years Marty ! I am serious here. He likely is relieved a New Coaching staff is here, a new GM and different way of doing business. I can imagine the few players we have left from the previous years feel more focused and driven. Go Bills !
  19. Reading that bit was kinda surprising. is it for real or just fluff? Lynn thinks he can get something from the kid. Or is it just a friendly deal and handshake between Buffalo and Chargers. Helping a brother out? seems everyone wins a little bit in this deal though, so pretty cool by me
  20. One of the features of a thread such as this is how well one maintains the dialogue. You have done a fine job in doing just that. Thanks Kirby
  21. ohh my that is sweet and how it should be done Take note you punk a33ed kids
  22. finding something/anything to barf up Sal? It's Football. how many players went to the trainers for hyper extended thing a ma bobs ? geesh Sal
  23. A very interesting topic. Been reading it at work where i cannot post. Thanks Kirby for the Mental chew toy. BTW i think Yates was brought in as asst to the asst Off and QB Coach for the transition. Not to play football. But if he has to, he can.
